I just received a call from this number 313-347-8644 & 443-440-6101 stating that I have fraudulent case against my SS# and name and that I would be getting a summons and if I don't call before I receive my summons all my rights will be revoked. The first time I called someone picked up the phone and I hear ruckus in the background then the phone hung up, the second time I called someone picked up the phone and said something really fast and put me on hold. I was on hold for 10 min, I hung up. I figured there was something wrong due to they left a message for me with my married name, that I no longer use since 2008.

got 2 calls in 2days both from different numbers/same message was left on my machine.recording says charges are being filed against you +will receive a summons..................I wonder if this could be a collection agency ? they use all kinds of b.s. tactics to frustrate+ intimidate people

I got the first call yesterday 02/26/2014 from 1-313-347-8644 accusing me of fraud linked to my social security number. Today 02/27/2014 I got another call from another phone number 1-443-440-6101 saying the same thing. Who are these people? and can they be stopped? From what I have looked up on line I am not the only one receiving these calls.

I got a call as well but not for me my husband.Saying about a civil case against him.They are also using another number 443-440-1601.Annoying. I called them from a land line , when I began questioning them they got intrusive and hung up on me.The one number said they were Goldman Associates  ( Law Firm). Well let me tell you there is no firm in MD, also I know it was a cell phone.

I got a call and they left a message for a Nancy Pitkin with a case number and a call back number.  I looked it up and found this site.  It was a computer voice and I know I'm not in any trouble so I will ignore the phone call and send the number to my reject list.

I receive a phone call for a Mary B xxxxx  about a summons. I could not respond since it was a voice recording. I wanted lo laugh in their ear since my mother passed away 21 years ago. They could have atleast gotten her middle initial correct. I believe it was a scam.

I received a call on my dad's landline from 313-347-8644.  It was a recorded message stating that I had two charges against me and that if I didn't call tham back warrants would be issued against me at my employer and/or home address.  I called the number back and the message stated that the caller was not available.  It went to their voice mail but the message stated that the mailbox was full.  This is when I performed an internet search on this phone #, 313-347-8644, and found phone # was in question.

I got a call from this number with a recording saying they was taking me to court ,is this a scam or want

Got the same call from 1-313-347-8644. They need to be stopped! Hopefully someone gets to them soon.

Just received a call from this number, left a vm stating that my name (which she used my ex's last name) and ss# had been associated with credit card fraud.  A summons will be served on me at my place of work, or home....guess she's not smart enough to know I work from home.  Once served, all my rights are forfeited !!  REALLY.  Stated that I should contact the Legal Dept. right away.  Yeah, like that's gonna happen !!

Got the same message today Feb.26 ! The Feds need to listen to this phone call, find these criminals, shut em down, and lock em up!!!

Got the same call...I received a call regarding fraudulent activity, case number and summons BS.  Filing a complaint with the local/state police!

i have received threatening phone messages from this number and called today the person who answered want me to verify my ss# I said no way and she said oh well cant help you till you're served by the Sherriff....??? what!! crazy then she hung up, how can I report this and to who??help!

These people.called my husband at work.andcalled his boss at home claiming they were going to serve with.legal papers how do you stop them?

I received the same message three days in a row asking to verify my address and place of business in order to be served for some unknown reason. I called the number back and yelled to the person who answered that I am reporting them to the FBI and local police, they tried to verify my cell number but I wouldn't give them any information I just kept yelling this is a SCAM and I have already reported you to the proper authorities!!! I don't know how they got my number and I can't find a business attached to this number anywhere online. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

I got a call from this number for the third time in 5 days. This time she stated I have been warned and wanted to verify my home and work address so they can serve me! Also told me "Good Luck in Court"
This number is on the Cyber Crime List.

I got the same call today too. Stating exactly the same thing for me.

I got a call from this number again today saying they were taking legal actions against me for not attempting to call them back. It was pre-recorded voice stating my name, that they were calling from the "processing and summons divison" and giving me a reference number. Plus, they wanted to verify my place of business or address to serve papers. What a joke?? Sounds like a SCAM to me. They never gave out what their company's name is.

They keep calling my mom and leaving messages and just use my initials.  They Will not give you info unless you give last 4 digits of SS.

My elderly mother has gotten recorded called from someone saying among other things that they are looking for Robert Driver who has committed some sort of civil of fence and they are going to put a lean on  her property and serve a summons in person. They are both a gruff man and a middle aged women. If she doesn't answer they leave a message asking for a call back .

I have been receiving calls from this number for many months now - first they leave a message saying they have legal papers to deliver to me concerning a civil case and have attempted delivery of same naming dates and times I KNOW I was home - so figured it for a SCAM of some sort so have never returned the call as requested. I usually just send my "REJECT CALL" pre loaded text message stating 'I don't accept unknown numbers or those I do not recognize.'
Finally last evening, I received TWO calls almost back to back just a bit over an hour apart - with the last one coming at at 9:47 PM - long after any legit business would be making calls - I was fed up with these calls interrupting my activities, if only just to see who is calling at that hour -- I answered the phone with "I don't know who the HELL you think you are, it is past bedtime here and too late for you to be calling! Take me off your list; if you call again, I will report you for harassment!" As I was hanging up, I heard the recorded voice on the other end saying something about a 'back order on my Civil Suit'. This has to be a scam of some sort as I have no civil action pending; if I had, it wouldn't be hanging out this long (months since the first call of this type).
MANKIND! Whoever said that hanging up on someone with the cell phone is just not as satisfying as slamming a landline back into its cradle made the statement of the century!    

I got the same call.  They used my previous name, but I got a different case number stating the same message.  I'm glad that there is a way to trace numbers and there are people like you to give us a heads up.  Thanks for the heads up.
