I didn't answer but they called me at 8:40pm so I looked the number up and this site came up.

yup got the same call at work and cell they are really irritating me, I have asked them to send me something in the mail to prove what they are talking about. Have yet to receive anything.  Can't tell who they are or their name very strong accent hard to understand

I have received this call on my old cell phone number.  He left me a message stating that his name is  Officer John Miller told me to contact him with my attorneys information at 313-422-0624.  I know I do not have any outstanding bills so there is no need for a collection agency to be calling.  I ended up having to change my number.

You guys are not alone. I also received the same irritating phone call both at work and on my cell and I also asked for documents and the indivdual with the heavy Indian accent told me he couldn't produce any papers. I also asked for the company he claims I owe and he also refused. I told where to stick it. and I hung up on him.

This phone number started calling me at work and on my cell# just within the last couple of days; it is a person with a foreign accent that says I have a lawsuit filed against me; I need to contact Officer such and such right away to discuss the matter.  They claim that they are from the Department of Law and Investigation.

I AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. THIS NUMBER  313 422 0624 HAS CALLED MY NUMBER SOMETIME 50 CALLS PER DAY.  
I HAVE ALSO RECV`D THESE CALLS FROM  A NEW JERSY  MARYLAND GEORGIA NUMBERS.  THESE CALLS START AT 7AM EACH MORNING AND CONTINUE MOST OF THE DAY. THIS PERSON WITH THE ACCENT HAS CURSED ME OUT SEVERAL TIME. ONE MORNING THIS PERSON CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE HE WOULD PRAY FOR MY PAIN AND HUNG UP.
ALSO BEWARE OF THE CALLS FROM A 866 NUMBER WHO IS OFFERING YOU A FREE $50  GIFT CARD. IT THE SAME STRANGE CREEPY VOICE. IF YOU RECV ANY UNWANTED CREDIT CARDS CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT ISSUED THE CARD RIGHT AWAY  
KEEP A EYE ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR ANY STRANGE ACH CHARGES.  IF THESE PEOPLE GET ACCESS TO YOUR BANK ACCOUNT LIKE THEY DID ME.  I HAD CLOSE MY BANK ACCOUNT AND OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT. IF YOU DISPUTE THE CHARGES THESE PEOPLE WILL JUST SEND ANOTHER ACH CHARGE WITH A DIFFERENT NAME AND AMOUNT AND TRY TO SEND IT THRU YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN
EACH TIME i REQUEST DOCUMENTS TO PROVE THEIR CLAIM THEY CURSE ME AND HANG UP
I HAVE CONTACTED THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE IN ALL OF THE STATES .  
(FYI) CHECK YOUR PHONE BILL TO BE SURE THAT THESE CALLS ARE NOT CHARGING A SERVICE CHARGE TO YOUR BILL. CONTACT YOUR PHONE CARRIER RIGHT AWAY TO HAVE THE NUMBER BLOCKED.
SO IF YOU ARE DEALING WITH THESE CALLS TOO CONTACT YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL`S OFFICE.
AND FILE A COMPLAINT. ALSO GO TO THE FCC WEBSITE AND FILE A COMPLAINT FOR UNFAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES..  
THIS MESS IS SO CREEPY WE MUST STICK TOGETHER AND HELP THESE AGENCIES FIND THESE PEOPLE  SO THIS NIGHTMARE WILL STOP.

This number calls my daughter. Says for sexual favors they'll "overlook" her debt. We've called local authorities and nothing has been done. Anything else we can do?????

In the last few days many people have received calls from an Officer Kevin Jones or Attorney Alex James claiming to be employees of the Jaques Admiralty Law Firm. These people, Kevin and/or Alex, claim that they are debt collectors from our firm seeking to collect debts from you.

These claims are false, our firm does not participate in debt collection, and we have never employed anyone by the name of Kevin Jones or Alex James in any capacity. This is a scam. Rec'd a message that my husband must call these people back regarding a legal matter-very threatening regarding a suit against him.  He returned the call.  The same heavilty accented person informed that this was about a lawsuit--he wanted to confirm information--He did have last 4 digits of SS#!!!  Still won't say what lawsuit is about.  Called second time-will not say what call is about-advised if my husband did not disclose full personal information the next call is to his employer.

These clowns have called me stating that I am being charged with bank fraud concerning a payday loan that they claim I have defaulted on.  I received similar calls from another individual with a south Florida area code alledging the same thing.  These people know way too much!  I have contacted the FBI and have been informed that while these con artists are engaged in Fraud. telephone fraud is handled by the FCC.  I will be contacting the FCC in the morning. I have contacted all 3 major credit reporting agencies and made them aware of this situation.  I have also blocked the number that the person from Michigan was calling from through my telephone service provider.  These scum bags need to be stopped and burned!

I received a call from this number - officer Kevin Jones threatning a lawsuit - have me arrested, turns out it is from a payday loan that I thought was paid- oh yeah, he threw in that he would have my references arrested too.  I asked for something in writing with his name, company letterhead, etc on it and he refused.  I asked if they had a website and no they dont.

One thing to add - while I was on the phone with this company, they called the house and my wife's cell phone and left a message.  I was talking to Officer David Thomas and he called and left a message for me - explain how this can happen.

Report these People.  I had a message to call a Officer David Thomas, he had a really thick accent. I call them back and asked them to fax the information over to me, they would not.

I was then told to "SHUT UP and LISTEN" or they would have me arrested.

REPORT THIS - These people are a bunch or A@#holes and need to be stoped.

This person calling stating is a detective with a accented voice. I told him I was a lawyer he asked for my bar # and then he state he is tranferring me to his supervisor. I hung-up and took my phone off the hook. He call all day and morning. I told him to mail me anything that need to be taken care of state he can't do that I need to give him my information. These people must think we are stupid giving information over the phone.

Keep getting harrassed by a thick accented foreign man saying he's a special agent and that I need to call him right away.313-422-0624  Comes up as a Michigan number.

I am recieving calls from this number telling me a lawsuit is being filed under my name. I have ask for written proof of this debt and told them if I was responsible for it I would pay. They will not provide me with written proof of this debt.

They called me and told me I was being sued.
