Received a call from this number and answered since we bank at BofA. They asked for my husband. I said he wasn't available but gave my name since I'm also on the account in the event there was an issue. The woman responded she needed to speak to him. I asked if he could return the call using the number on the back of our card. No, she would call back.

This was all suspicious because in the past when there's been a question about our account, I ask if I can call back using the number on the credit card and they say yes. And they didn't need to speak to my husband only - it's a joint account.

got a call today...told them I don't deal w/B of A anymore and the person hung up!!

Same thing here.  No message, multiple calls.  Just the number shows up with "St. Louis MO".

Have been receiving calls with no message.  Caller I'd says Bank of America.  Got one today and answered they asked for my husband and when I said he was unavailable they hung up.  Called B of A and they said it is definitely not them.

Got a phone call from this number at 7:30pm.  Caller ID indicates Bank of America.  Rang 2 times & when I answered, they hung up.  Planning to call Bank of America about them using the Bank of America name.  

Called at 8.45pm this evening it showed B of A.  Really, I don't think so, glad I purchased a box to stop all these crank calls getting thru.

Received a call from 314-226-1459 on 5/31/2014 at 10:53am EDT. Caller ID displayed "Bank of America". Did not answer and no message was left.

calls but leaves no message, have answering service,1 will not call back if there is no message left, they are just scumbags braking the law and wasting a lot of time calling people who will do the same as I do.

Received call.  Didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

I also received a phone call from this number, I don't answer calls of numbers I don't know, the caller ID said Bank of America. They left no message.

This is NOT BoA or a market research company.  Believe it to be the scumbag bill collectors at Commenity Bank.  They sometimes use CallerID spoofing such as Owens-Corning, etc. In any case, they are BLOCKED!

I have been receiving calls on my phone and the I.D. shows Bank of America.  However  when I called Bank of America they do not have this number.  They also do not leave a message.  This is disturbing, someone should look into this.

Rec'd call from this number at 7:53PM.  Caller ID said Bank of America.  I did not pick up  and they did not leave a message. My B of A debit card was cloned last week and used at an ATM to make withdrawals and I received a call from 315-724-4022  also saying was B of A that day with a message saying there was unusual activity on my card and to call another number and enter a series of numbers they gave me which I did because Icould see online that withdrawals had been made from my account. Went into to B of A the next day and they said that was not B of A calling from that number as they keep a record of calls and e-mails that are sent and it was not them.  I am not answering any calls from B of A.  I will call the bank or go in and verify if it is them from now on.

I have been calls from this number once a day in the afternoon for the past week.  The caller ID showed Bank of America but never leaves a message.

Each time I let it ring  till our answering pics up, then they do not leave a message.   I mentioned to my local bank and they said they always leave a message with contact name and phone number and brief description for call.  I'm classifying as unknown since they do not leave message as purpose of call.

Martinez research.  First called with their number coming up on caller ID and then switched to this number with
Bank America in caller id.  Called number got Martinez research a survey company

This is the 8th call today, 7 of which were scam calls for sure.  Figure that since they didn't leave a message, that this is also a scam of some sorts.  The scammers often pretend to be survey companies, and I doubt that B of A would actually hang up when the answering machine answered.  So tired of this sort of thing.  

THIS NUMBER HAS BEEN CALLING ME FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS.  MR NUMBER SAYS IT IS FROM BANK OF AMERICA.  BUT WHEN CALLING BACK IT SAYS IT FOR SURVEYS AND SINCE THEY ARE NOT A TELEMARKETING FIRM THEY DO NOT HAVE TO FOLLOW THE DO NOT CALL LIST GUIDELINES.  I AM ALWAYS AT WORK WHEN THEY TRY TO CALL, SO I CNA'T ANSWER AT THE TIME THEY CALL AND THEIR CALLBACK NUMBER IS JUST AN EXPLANATION OF WHO THEY ARE.
