Received 2 calls from this location, the other number they called from is 314-332-2390.  The acronym is FBCS - it stands for Federal Bond Collection Agency.  They are a third party collection agency.  Don't know why they are calling us as we don't owe any one.

The first time was a guy named Daryl, really rude.  Wouldn't tell me what the acronym stood for, so I wouldn't let him talk to my husband.  He said he would try and call back and hope like hell that I didn't answer the phone.  I told him to go F*ck himself.

This time a man who calls himself Mr. Foster actually told me what it stood for, but I still wouldn't let him talk to him.  Don't like third party debt collectors, never have and never will.  They are the scum of the earth.
