They keep calling and calling, very aggravating. When I answer the phone no one says anything so I just hang up. Sometimes they call back on a different day. The caller ID claims they are DIR ASST.Never heard of them. They are probably a cheesy telemarketing firm trying to collect data for a two bit home improvement company. Don`t answer the phone when they call, I don`t anymore.

I have discovered that this is a rather shady roofing company known as Pinnacle.  They are having their phone number come through as Dir Asst MO, when/if you pick up they try the sell on you, if you try to ever get in touch with them again, you will in fact get the directory assistance and most likely be charged for it. Long explanation made short, it's a scam.

They have called here repeatedly.  They have spoofed their caller id to the 1-314-555-1212 number; this number belongs to the real 314 Directory Assistance.  I even called back on that number to verify and did, indeed, get the real Directory Assistance (and a $2 service charge).  Also, they have spoofed their caller name to read Dir Asst  MO.  Yes, most likely a scam...if they were a legit roofing company such as this
Pinnacle Home Improvements claims to be they surely wouldn't be using a bogus name and Id.  If they
(Pinnacle?) is reading this be aware you're about to get a complaint filed against you!!

Pinnacle Home Improvements, offering a free roof damage inspection, "They're working with several homes in the area and offering the inspection as a COURTESY."

They called saying they were from "Pinnacle" and they work with extreme home makeover. They are offering free estimates on roof replacement. I think I talked to this person a month ago and told them that we already had it done this year... I think it's suspect.

Called, left no msg.
