THIS UN F****N BELIEVABLE!!!!!!! WHO NUMBER IS THIS AND WHY WONT THEY STOP CALLING EVEN AFTER I SAID "TAKE MY NAME OFF THE LIST"

They said they were from Arkansas and that I had won a $100 walmart voucher and then asked me for my credit card and of course I hung up. They kne my name and address too! I am calling my credit cards and alerting them!!!!!!

I have received 2 calls from these bozos so far today.  No one answers, they just hang up.  They call again, I will give them the treatment that has stopped so many of these calls for me.  I have a coach's whistle hanging next to the phone.  I blow the whistle in the phone and hopefully blow their circuits out along with their stupid eardrums.

They have called at least 15 times since 8am yesterday morning.  Have answered 4 times and heard a voice only twice.  Both times they hung up.

I seem to be on a new list for scam calls.  I do not answer the call if I don't recognize the number.

This phone number has been calling me all day long, even though I keep asking them to put me on the do not call list.  I tried calling the number back at one point, and it prompted me to enter my phone number to be put on a do not call list, although it does say that it won't go into effect for 72 hours.  They sound like a complete scam, and this amount of calling and harrassing should be illegal.

I have received around 15 calls from MAX PROMO, 314-627-6987 and when I called the number back, it is a recording stating that they are a telemarketing company. They inform you that if you want your number removed from their list to hit 1 and then enter your phone number and it will be off within 72 hours. I hope it works because they are a pain in the a--.

These people have been bugging me for two days now! One day they called about 8 times, they started calling around 8:30 am. I answered once and I could not understand the man speaking, he had a very strong accent. So I said twice "I am not interested" he ignored me and kept talking, so I hung up. That night I signed up for the "do not call list". But these people still have my number so alas the next day I got about ten more calls from them, this time I just decided to enjoy my ringtone.

The jokes on them in my case.  I only give out my Google Voice number (NEVER my home number)  I've just checked my calls and I received calls for them every hour for the last 10 hours.   A simple click of the button and those calls get blocked.

WANT THEM TO STOP CALLING?
Here is a little trick.   Next time they call, give them all the info they want EXCEPT make sure all the info you give them is fake.  Give them fake credit card numbers, fake addresses, fake names, fake everything.  Write them down first... this way if they find thats it's fake and call back to confirm, you're using the same stuff twice. If you dont give them anything they will bug you forever... but if you give them stuff that dont work (like a credit card that's no good), they'll move on.

Yep. This just happened to me. They said I was a frequent shopper and was supposed to receive $100 gift card to Wal-Mart? When they actually wanted my money. I really don't understand why people from Pakistan do this, but i'm tired of receiving calls from them. If enough people report it, they will get in trouble!

I've been getting unwanted calls from this number. I have received at least 4 in the last hour. I have asked that they not call me, but don't seem to get the message. I want this stopped.

Been getting calls from this number. Ten calls so far today, they call every hour then started every 30 minutes and it alternates. Try dialing *57 it traces the call. It says on the caller ID that it is Max Promo.

this number calls at least 1-x an hour..and called sunday up till 10pm  they leave no message and if you answer the phone you can't understand them or they just hang up and than call right back...

How do I get these low-lifes to stop calling

I keep getting calls from 314-627-6987 for more than a week -- they call at any time of day or night every hour or so, but no one is at the other end.

MAX PROMO has been calling 4 or 5 times a day for wekks.  When I've answered there was no one there.  Loast night I actually spoke to someone and told them to take me off their list.  I said you guys are calling all the time and I am not interested, take me off the list.  The guy laughed.  I blocked them through comcast using the following website.  Hope it works.  Here's the website in case anyone else has comcast:

This company keeps calling my daughter and when I called them back they said I could add her number to their Do Not Call List after the beep but the beep never happens.  Guess I am just going to have to answer the call and tell these pain in the a***s to stop calling.

Yes,I keep recieving Calls from this number and today I finally looked up online where this area code was located out of and seen this forum....I don't know why they are meddling with people or how they get our info but I'm gonna do everything i can to insure that it stops!!!!

I've had the same thing happen, they called constantly and wouldn't leave me alone. I threatened them twice about having enforcements involved and they seemed to not care. I have Verizon and called customer service to do a nuisance block. they were able to do it, so hopefully no more calls. I suggest calling ASAP once you get a phone call from them so you're not harassed 24/7 day and night.

Well they won't get anything from me cause I have no credit card, no bank account. All I have are the things on my back!

I have been getting these calls too and I have a prepaid phone! I have told them time and time again to remove me from their list, but apparently they haven't and I am getting very pissed at the moment. The last one I picked up they were talking in another language and I just hung up. This is the third time already today that they have called. The state attorney can do something? Let me know please. DON'T GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFO....I HAVE BEEN GETTING CALLS BACK TO BACK FOR 10 DAYS NOW..JUST GOT 3 IN THE PAST 30 MINUTES.
