Same thing just happend to me and they had me in tears.  My husband called them back and they cursed him out this no true.  No one is going to be arrrested.

The same exact thing happen to me ... A lady by name of Jane Jordan with Atlantic legal # 314 720 4377 called my relatives saying its an emergency and i need to give her a call back asap .. I called back and she transfers me to a John Dasilva who starts telling me that i have Felony charges pending and i need to listen to what he saying because if not he will be turning my file over to the Sheriff's office. I kept asking him to tell me what this was regarding and he just kept saying the same thing over and over and then hung up on me ... I called back and he says i turned your file over to the sheriff's office YOU IDIOT and hung up on me again. This sounds like a Scam!

I just received the same type of phone calls, one was from a lady name Jane @ 314~720~4377 the other was from a John @ 314~272~4731 John told me there was a warrant for my arrest and if I paid him 1300$ he would stop the process of the warrant. if I did not pay then I would be arrest some time after 2pm. WTF?

They called my relative and told them that I was going to be arrested by 5pm and that a warrent will be issued if I didn't call with in 45 minutes.

I then called them and a woman by the name of Ms. Jordan transferred me to anothe person he then asked for my informationan asked me if my birth date was 3/20/1969 I then told him that was incorrect, he proceeded to berate me and said that my social is all they needed and the birthdate doesn't matter, he then hung up on me, I called back and was transferred to the same man and I was then told that I would be arrested tonight and if I called back again he would file harrassment charges on me.

Really?
