Find yourself an attorney in your city who handles collection agency malfeasance and the good ones will handle your case on a contingency basis because a collection agency cannot call themselves a law firm as this is a violation of the law.

Awful horrible nasty people. I don't owe any money and they were so rude to me. I am reporting them. They were so rude when I called back to ask to be removed. I hate companies like this. You have to be a horrible person to work there. Go fix yourself.

they called one time when I was with banker and put them on speaker...when my banker questioned them they said some rude crap then hung up.

I tell them I can prove they are not legit...I then makes threats in response to theirs then challenge them to have me arrested. still waiting for the cops to come a knocking/

you are so right! I do owe money to company...not these creeps. I have very ill for over a year. my financial situation has gone from tough to critical! I intend to pay my debt but if I were to do it now I would be on the street. I have a little extra coming soon but they didn't want to hear that. they made threats and called me names and said I was lying about illness. I told them I could give them documentation and they told me I could be making it up. I tried to reason with them but that just gave them license to talk crazy to me. legit people do not communicate in such manner. these people are crooks.

If you have caller id you can get it blocked through your phone carrier.

I have had the same problem with these people.My alarm quit working and the company was informed and said they would get it fixed..........not done.............6months later they are billing me for the system that it is NOT even connected. My contract is a SERVICE contract...they provide the service for which I pay for...I will not pay for service that I have not gotten.PERIOD

Reports can be made to the BBB in that area.

This law office has contact me every day two and three times a day, work/home.  The person the keeps harrassing me is Phyllis; I have told Phyllis that I would pay something and that I was going through hard times like everyone else.  Then I realized that she is calling for something that I cancelled before the 90 days.  Now she needs to contact the company and get with them.  I know she is getting me in a lot of hot water at work. I don't think she would want anyone to harrass her.....WOULD SHE!

They kept calling me everyday sometimes two or three times a day so i filed a bbb complaint against them and they stopped.

I had a phone call from the above number claiming that they were a law firm representing CPI Security - Hasselled me at work and the man who called got very rude.........I had to hang up on him -

I told them I already settled this with CPI Security - but he did not want to hear it..........these people are shamefull!

Your an idiot JT. I always pay my bills and when an alarm company doesn't honor the contract with a system that doesn't work, am I supposed to keep paying for a system that hasn't worked for over a year? I actually have paidevery month until now. After several attempts to have them fix it they still haven't done anything. This is called a disputed debt. So before you speak, use your brain and don't pass judgment on everyone who complained here.  You must Be the do***e bag that is harrassing everyone and pretending that if you just pay everything will be ok lol

They have been calling me for over a year.  The never leave a message and I don't answer the calls.  I spoke to them once last year and it was about a storage unit I had.  They wanted six months storage rent.  I told them to forget it and the nasty college collection rep (pretending to be an attorney) replied for me to get in touch with my attorney because they were going to take me to court.  The joke was kind of on him since I was doing some work for a retired Judge at that time.  I told him I was prepared to go to court against them and for them to please take what ever action was needed against me.  Never got anything from them related to court.  Now I get call once every three or four months from them.  I will be sure to add them to my Christmas card list this year.  They are a really terrible collection agency that misleads everyone that they are a law firm.

Call me to ask for my maiden name.  I told them who are they, but didn't response and only ask if I am the person that they are asking for.  They keep calling and I keep hanging up.

Send them a letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested demanding validation of the alleged debt. Per the FDCPA they have five days to respond.

"IF they do not provide you with the verification of the debt, the debt is invalid and not subject to collection.  PAY NOTHING TO ANYBODY UNLESS THEY PROVIDE YOU WITH WRITTEN VERIFICATION OF THE DEBT, AND ONLY THEN IF YOU FEEL THE DEBT IS VALID - otherwise, let them sue you for the debt, as a real law firm will only bring a legal action on a truly valid debt".
