Called me on 7/16/2012 at 10:43 am and hung up when I answered.

Bothersome! I am on the Do Not Call Registry, yet received a call from this number attempting to sell/give away/"have won", etc.

I will navigate to the Do Not Call Registry and report this entity as soon as I've completed this form.

There was no one on the other end of this call. I tried to call it back and didn't even get a dial tone. Weird!!

I got a phone call from this number telling me some BS that i won a $ 2600 vacation certificate to an all inclusive vacation in Mexico..Big time scam, if you get to talk to them, they say "oh but in order to get it you need to pay some money for processing...but wait a minute.."did i win it or not? Stupid scammers.. by the way if you call the number back and listen to all the recorded message crap, when she is all done you can press 3 to be remove from their calling list, then it will ask you for your phone number and then it will tell you that they removed your number from their calling list..

The DoNotCall Registry works on voluntary compliance like speed limit signs on highways. Honest telemarketers honor the Registry, abusive telemarketers and scammers do not.

May be the automatic debit scam where they need your credit card for a small shipping fee for the gift card, then begin charging your credit card every month for subscriptions that you'd signed up for in the fine print to get the gift card.

I received this call at 11:58 am on a Sunday..to MY cell phone, it was a voice recording stating I had "won" a $40 gift card and they left me a 888 number to call.  Of course I looked the number up and came across several sites that said the number was a "fake".  

To use a number disguised as a local number, from a cell phone, to call you...and have it turn out to be nothing more than a scam...it's getting out of hand with these telemarketers.

Both my home number and cell number are on the Do Not Call registry.  So much for that working..haha.

Someone from that number called while I was on an important phone call with my disabled son's school. I tried calling back and it says that it does not recognize my number to try entering the number I registered with...Excuse me! I didn't register any number and nor do I appreciate calls that I CAN NOT return.

Same deal - scam

try to say i won a 40 dollar credit card but they needed a dollar i hung up on him said i did a survey online then he has my information but asking me what state i live in and he is calling from a 315 area code makes no sense

I received the same message when I called this number back, and I only did that because it is a cell phone number for our area (yes, I live in Rome, NY).  I cannot believe that they are using cell phones to try and scam us now!  Called at 9:15 on a Sunday morning too!

I won something..how I never entered!

Automated caller said that I had won a $40 Visa gift card.  It sounded like a scam or solicitation, so I hung up.  Caller ID didn't list anything but the number from Rome, N.Y.

I am on the do not casll list, and do not want calls from this number charged to my cell phone !!!!

I AM NOT INTERESTED IN ANYTHING THEY HAVE TO SELL..........DO NOT CALL 315357-2859.
THIS NUMBER IS ON THE NYS DO NOT CALL LIST.
