These people keep calling me claiming there a electric company and keep trying to say stuff like you have a outstanding balance But never even ask's for the persons name or anything and then asks for your electric bill to confirm your the correct person.

But recently i get the call now and they do ask for a random name and then insist on me switching to there service lolz.

They will not take you off no list or anything and they also are VERY hard to make out what there saying.
And they claim that they are national grid when they call me.

yes national grid is a real company for electric BUT there number there using is not.

I just received a call from this number.  The caller ID shows STARNET - PAETE.  I assume they are looking for money.
