This is a debt collector called med Rev also known as ARS recovery usually trying to collect old medical bills they bought  for little value.   This number is Utica NY

I have gotten 2 calls in the last three days. Not a familiar number, and I don't live in that part of the country. Every call I get from (315) should be someone I know. I didn't answer.
