Received a call from person from PCSDebt Colletion Services local address 101 E Green Street Ithaca NY.  After several attempts I received the address iorder to send a letter of validation.  The adddress given was the address listed above, funny thing is the internet lists this address as theTompkins County Public Library.

going through the same exact thing with the same phone numbers, etc.  VERY frustrating.  My bank is working with me and has suggested that I go to police.  I am gathering all the information I can on these people to see if there is ANYTHING I can do.  Thanks for your post!  It was most helpful!!

Listen these guys have been calling my job about a loan and I want to know what I can to stop these harrassing calls?

these people have been calling me at home at work on my cell phone threatening me and i told them they are gonna just have to arrest me cause i am not paying anything i have no idea who they are and they will not stop harrasing me. I have no idea what to do it is becoming a problem when i am at work when I am busy i hang up on them and they call back several times back to back what do i do????????????

Sara, they are scam artists.  Ask them to send you proof of the debt.  They won't do it, but will want you to agree to settle out of court.  Tell them to stop calling you or you will file suit against them for harassment.  That should take care of the calls.

I have received several calls from a Mark Williams, with a heavy foreign accent, about an advanced payday loan they said with Advance Payday Loans which supposedly I did not pay back.  Well, I don't and have never had a payday loan with Advance.  They wanted to know if I wanted to settle out of court.  When I asked them to fax me the documents to give to my lawyer, they said they could not do that.  

These guys are SCAM ARTISTS.  DO NOT pay unless they can produce evidence of an unpaid loan.  You can further advise them not to contact you again or you will file suit for harassment.

Said my mom commited cyber fraud and gave my info out. Wanted me to call back but I never did after Googling that it was a spam number

I have received  threatening phone calls from this varous numbers with the same general message, some from women some from men over a pay day loan which I paid back. With this particular number I decided to try and get money from them  The debt collector said his name was Robert Lee and I asked Mr. Lee what the weather was like in India.  Robert responded that he had to look at the news and also talk to Mr. Sam Adams.  I asked Robert why he could not look out the window and tell me the weather.  Robert responded by saying that he 'would like to pull my body out of the window".  I told Robert that he was no good, if he told me that again I would find him and sent him to Kingdom Come! and asked again what the weather was like in India.  I also asked to speak to Sam Adams.  They said Sam Adams was 'having a sandwich'.  I asked if he was having a beer. After 10 minutes of this elementary discussion they hung. up.

I also recently received a phone call from a woman, Mariya Jaquelim, with the same message.  I told her that I had not taken out a payday loan, but instead told her that her voice with so calm and soothing! I told her that Indian women are so attractive, and  confessed that I would only give back the payday loan if she agree to meet me so that I could claim my love for her!  I told her I wanted marry and have many children with her.  Mariya seemed very confused, I offered her a beer, which then she hung up!

If these people are going to make threatening, untrue, illegal, allegations with no basis or supporting documents then I am going to screw with them as much as I can.  By the way I have  reported them to the FTC!

This has really just gotten to the point of absurd!.  These jerks actually think they can take away our rights.  They are obviously not American!  They would love for us to call and give them all our information so that they can steal our identities and ruin us.  Not going to happen here.  We don't owe them or anyone else who can't speak english.  I tried calling the AG and all I got was "yeah, we would love to find them, but we can't.  If you feel there is a physical threat to your safety, call the police."  They've been calling us for well over a year, give up after awhile and then start over again.  We just let it go to voicemail and have a laugh and the inane jack***es.  The latest jerk is Chris something or other Johnson.

I keep getting calls from these people claiming to be debt collectors. I had to talk to a clown named Eric Brown (I doubt that it's his real name). I know it's a scam and I am not afraid of these people. These clowns provided me with an address. The so called name an address is PCS is Proton Consolidations & Legal Solutions, 116 Richard Lane, Liverpool, NY 13090.  They address probably fake. Call him back @ 315-519-2920

I heard that I'm being sued for not paying a loan that I never had. They said that if I don't pay, I have to go to court and go to jail. I called the place where these people are saying I got a loan from and they said I never had a loan. These people went as far as to threaten to call my job and have me fired.

These people have been calling me for weeks, I'm so sick of it.. same story here as everyone else they claim there is a crime submitted against my social & federal charges are being filed against me.. I have only spoke to them once b/c I finally decided to answer - today they have called me a total of 37 times w/ in a 2 hour time span - I am filing a complaint w/ the attorney general & the FTC... this is a scam & I'm not falling for it, they won't be getting a dime out of me...

I just reported them to the FTC and the BBB. I suggest everyone here do the same. Keep detailed notes of your interactions with these people, as any evidence you gather will be evidence against them. Hopefully we'll all be part of a class-action against them someday. :)

In reverse lookup, this number is for a company called Level 3 Communications in Carthage, New York on State Street.

I'm so pissed off. I have been scared out of my mind, half convinced that maybe it isn't a scam, they have my social so maybe they really can do those things... but they're a***oles in India who can't remember the names they give themselves! The voicemails are unintelligible half the time. Right now I'm having to deal with an ALLEN AUSTIN, but these calls are just the latest in this awful nonsense I've been dealing with. In February, they had my account numbers and were actually withdrawing payments (my husband and I had needed money, so we were applying for all sorts of payday loans - never do that either! Not online. They're all scams. We knew that, but we were desperate, and that's why we're dealing with these guys now). They took over any amount we'd borrowed, and that's when we started trying to track them down. That time, the name was RYAN DAVIS. I've since closed that account, but they're calling again. They've called my work, they've harassed me and my boss. I want these people prosecuted and taken care of! Somebody find them, please!

This guys call us for the loan,which we have applied from internet and this loan is not based on paperwork.
So they does not have the paper work but they the complete data of your SSN and Employer with your name and address.
And they are legalize to call you by American Government Norms.
Even i had a loan pending and they use to call me for ten times then i cross checked my checking account with amount and date they gave me and i had rcieved the money but i forgot to pay back them this amount.

Same #, same threats, reported to FTC, calling my work, hanging up on me. Finally got an attorneys name of Kenny More who said the CIA is going to come after me for my debt.  At one point, said it was $300 and had 2 different dates, said I have to come to NY for court. The federal gov. is going to investigate me ... and discover what?  That I have no money?  They said they could not send anything to me by email or mail.  No proof = no money to them.

I too have been dealing with these creeps...I got a call from 0000 today at work and spoke with Eric Brown who then transferred me to his supervisor.  I told him that I would not do anything without proper documentation, when the loan was taken out, etc.  He called me a stupid dumb lady and hung up.  Eric called back again and I told him that his supervisor was an a** and he called me a stupid dumb lady and hung up on me.  I said I wanted information and this is what I got on them...how much is true I don't know but let's bug the crap out of them.....PCS is Proton Consolidations & Legal Solutions, 116 Richard Lane, Liverpool, NY 13090.  Call him back @ 315.519.2920.

This people are really getting annoying.They call me 10 time's every day.They even call my friend and my work.They said I did not pay back a pay day  loan so they r going to take me to court.I never took any Pay Day Loan. I am from INDIA and I have been in USA from last 10 year's. This people are from INDIA.I can tell by there accent. DON'T SEND THEM MONEY.

I have been recieving phone calls ever since I put my information in on a request for a company card. They keep saying that they are coming to take me to jail, unless I pay 100 some dollars... they tell me they wont send me information in the mail unless the retainer money is paid... I have repeatedly been harassed by DANIEL WOOD (obv not his real name cus his accent was so thick) and ANGELA GREEN... They are rude and inturrupt me and continue to call me while at work. They say I owe money for a payday loan scam, but I never got a payday loan. I just reported the harassing phone calls to the police and paid $5 to my cell phone company to prohibit that number from calling me.
