Arrest warrants are not "emailed" - the cops execute the warrant, in person! This is yet another scam attempt. Report the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov. Do not respond to such emails - again - they are illegal!
anon 2014-04-29 06:06:34 Unknown
No, it's not a collection agency - it's a bunch of scammers!
Eric 2014-04-29 05:29:17 Debt Collector
One more thing... I was recently pulled over by an officer for a traffic violation. Nothing showed up on me so as you can see it's all BS! Relax and don't stress. Have a great week!

It's does state bank fraud.

The State Investigations Department is a collection agency
Eric 2014-04-29 05:25:34 Debt Collector
I talked to my attorney about this because I was getting similar emails.
IT IS A SCAM! It's a collection company that buys debts for penny's. They are breaking the law by threatening you. Contact the FCC. Do not call them or return the emails. Arrest warrants are not sent via email.
Stephen 2014-04-24 14:12:19 Unknown
I got the same e-mail today. Arrest warrant would state what charges are being brought against you, and it would not be e-mailed to you.
steve 2014-04-19 04:27:00 Unknown
I have gotten that same email twice already. What is the FIX and how do I report this to them
Dennis Jensen 2014-04-19 04:22:20 Unknown
These people sent me the same threaten letter in a email as of today I have received 2 emails, one everyday, I have no idea who they are .
This person needs to be sent to the FCC.
Elspeth 2014-04-12 00:47:55 Unknown
Why would you get a call that there's a warrant out for your arrest? You wouldn't! The cops would just show up and cuff you. Warrants for arrest have to be delivered by hand - not via email! Please do forward the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov. Do not respond to the crooks and do NOT open any attachment - you don't know what kind of malware, keyloggers or viruses might have access to your computer if you do so.

the exact same thing that they had an arrest warrant in my name and that i should contact them was sent this threatening message
We receive Arrest warrant against your name
Kindly call as soon as possible before the court case is file
in order to get a settlement before you have any trouble at
your home or job.

letesha 2014-04-08 20:15:09 Unknown
the exact same thing that they had an arrest warrant in my name and that i should contact them was sent this threatening message through email nothing on my phone as far as a message though. i hope whomever these people are there will be enough complaints for the FCC to get involved... The only comforting thing besides not knowing who these people are is that even if they are owed a million dollars they are not suppose to threaten you. Hope for all that things go better
sherry jenkins 2014-04-08 13:03:32 Unknown
They sending emails threating me to send them money or I will be arrest warrant
Monica Turner 2014-04-03 23:25:53 Unknown
I don't know who the hell these people are but I wish they would stop emailing me. I'm gonna report them to the FCC. They sent a threatening email stating they have an arrest warrant for me if I don't send them money.
