I found the jersey for 140! which is a steal.. well its this site stealing from you! luckly the transaction is still pending and hasnt fully gone through. Thanks to this site i see what a scam it it! i have been trying to call the number non stop for confermation of my order nad when its gonna be shipped and no one answers or calls back and the voicemail says "the person you are trying to reach is unavalible" Im trying a company not person.. The site i was on was "officalnhlstore.com" STAY AWAY!! my bank looked everything up, this site their site and determinded right away its fraud! they are stoping the charge and refunding me back in 12-24 hours. If this site got you too call your bank or credit card!!

This website RIPPED me off 305 euro... damn it!!!!! they pretend they sell karen millen dress and took my money. My wife ordered a Hawks Jersey from the site listed above and we were scammed for a 101 bucks. We now have to wait to dispute the charges and as long as the site cannot prove that our jersey is being shipped. So hopefully they dont send us some crap jersey that is a walmart brand or something. I wish i could find these people. I would be on a plane tomorrow.

Ordered a Rod Streater Jersey for the website: raidersofficialnflstore.com to the tune of $111.17.  It was supposed to arrive within three days, when it didn't I started calling 315.636.6191 like the rest of the board.  I reached a recording, hung up the phone and tried one more time.  Same result.  I immediately called my credit card company and "challenged" the charge.  I explained what had happened, what I found (this board) when I searched the phone number, and that I had complained on their "contact us" page.  

My credit card credited my account and has now taken it up with the company.  Oh yeah, it appeared as "DOGREAT BUSINESS SHOP" and that also got my spidey senses tingling.  

100% fraud site!  Thank God I have a good credit card company!

Hi All!  Phew, I can see that I'm not alone.  I charged $61 bucks for a Peyton Manning jersey for my son weeks before Christmas.  The first red flag was the price (too good) and the second was that I never received an email receipt.  It didn't arrive by Christmas 2013 so I immediately panicked and called VISA as I wanted a phone number to contact the company regarding my order.  The VISA folks said the name of the company was 'gomallonline' out of Bejing China and I told them that I didn't see anything about China on the NFL website I used!  I immediately asked for them to reverse the charge on my credit card and I asked for a re-issue on my card as well. The very next day the jersey shows up and yes, it was from China.  I knew it was a knock off but it was a good knock off and my son went nuts for it.  I called VISA and said I had received the merchandise and they explained the process blah blah.  I thought that was the end of it until I started receiving emails from RUBY asking me to pay through Western Union and when I hesitated, they offered a deep discount.  Once again I contacted VISA and they recommended that I not take that course of action.  Being the honest egg that I am, I really want to pay these folks but before doing so I tried calling the phone number at the bottom of Ruby's email (disconnected) and then Googled the number.  This site came up and here I sit typing to you all.  I just sent a note to Ruby telling him/her that they needed to contact VISA but if they don't get paid that I'd either send back the shirt or send a Western Union payment in the late Spring.  I actually like the shirt and my son has no idea it isn't the real deal, not sure he'd care, either.  He wore it the entire remaining days of holiday break.  I DO NOT RECOMMENT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, however.  This flipping thing continues to stress me out!

I'm researching this website myself as I ordered a Le'veon Bell Jersey.  Fitting how this was the ONLY site I could find that had one.  It's for my son as a Christmas gift.  I'm beginning to feel like I made someone else's Christmas..  IN CHINA!!  My credit card showed up as something other than any official NFL Shop.  I sent an email to find out the status of my order and the reply email read "Your enquiry has been successfully sent to the store owner!"  Notice inquiry is misspelled.  THEN..  I go to the FAQ page and it looks like it was written by a 5th grader.  I would think the giants we know as the NFL would present itself to the public in a more professional matter by making sure the sites licensed to sell their product are in a presentable matter to it's consumers.  I will take it further if I don't receive a reply today.  I've already left voice messages and emailed twice with no reply.  And again I would think the NFL would offer better customer service than what was presented on this website especially the amount of money they make selling jerseys.

I just had the exact same issue as everyone else!  This is a scam!  DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!  I have cancelled my card and now have to wait for a new one to be shipped.  This was the first website that came up as I was looking for a Jarvis Jones jersey.  After I didn't get an order confirmation in my email, I began doing some research.  As many others have said, the phone number goes to a generic voicemail.  I googled the number and it brought me to this page.  UGH!!!! Such a hassle and disappointment.  Hope someone else sees these posts before they order anything from this sight.

I'm experiencing the same problems everyone else seems to have. I ran a Google search for an Eddie Lacy jersey, and this bogus site was literally the top result that came up. Seeing it listed next to and above all the other NFL shopping pages, I didn't question the authenticity since the site content, for the most part, looks legit. I grew concerned when I didn't immediately receive a receipt via email, and tried calling the customer support line. Generic voicemail at a NY number. My bank said the charge came from Bejing. I obviously feel quite foolish.

If anyone knows how to best report this fraud to an official US authority, please post the information.

I ordered a seahawks jersey, they took 100 from me. Never got a confirmation email of tracking numbers, its been 10 days! I asked for a refund, and "Ruby" told me to be patient longer. The next day, I tracked down the phone number (3 calls no answer) and email and proprietor Susan Zhou/ETime Sportwear. Canceled my card. The fee charge was $59 to GOWNS ONLINE STORE. It was still pending so maybe I got to it in time. May report this to NFL and Homeland Security. Really ticked.

i think its safe to say its anything with Beijing in it, they used Pink Passion Sport Beijing on mine then another name still with Beijing when I ordered a second time.

If you look under the FAQ you can tell the website is run by foreigners, for example:
