I agree with the post above, this lady does the same thing to me, only thing that bothers me is that she calls everyday, sometime twice a day. She is totally taking up my work time and phone lines for these calls. I can't even get her to take me of the calling list because she hangs up on me when I ask what the call is pertaining to.

Rude Lady calls and asks for my boss (mispronouncing his name) when I ask who is calling she states her name only. when I ask what company, she states it and follows it with "is so-and-so available?" I ask what this is in regards to and she states "a business matter, is so-and-so available?" I reply that I need to know what it is in regards to and she simply states AGAIN " this is a business matter is so and so available?!" so I put her on hold and then into his voicemail, where I am willing to bet money that she will not leave a message.
