I got a second message regarding a CitiPrepaid card being deactivated. The first msg had an 800 # that requested 3 pieces of ID so I hung up. The 2nd msg came last night telling me the was deactivated & to call this # in Wichita whose box is full. I also have a Sprint phone and no Citi card.

I have sprint and live in Wichita as well. I got the message at 8:15pm and 8:21pm and I DO have a citi prepaid card. It is a phishing text and Citi requests this info to be mailed to them at risk@citiprepaid.com.

Same here, did a reverse lookup on a few sites and it shows local land line Telcove as the provider, there was an article in the Wichita Eagle about this in wed paper, also on Kansas.com in to similar messages
the way i see it is if it came from a land line and its not spoofing go to there house and RAIN JUSTICE!

I received a text message telling me to call 316-361-0626 to re-activate my "Citi Prepaid Card"--I do not have a Citi Prepaid Card; seems like an obvious phishing attempt by SMS.
