No, it's not a fraud. It's a wellness option from WebMd through health insurance.

Yep this is totally legitimate and is a WebMD health coach I get calls from them about once every 3-4 weeks. They always leave a message for me and it's either a recorded message or a real person. When I do answer or call back they are simply coaching about health and lifestyle choices for healthier living. IMHO very nice service to help get/keep people like me on track with health goals. But I agree with others if you wish to be removed from calling list simply answer the call or call them back and ask politely - they will remove you from the calling list.

Yes, this is a legitimate business. I have spoken with them, and they are, indeed, health coaches. If you want them to stop calling, they will. Just be polite. They're humans doing a real job.

It's legit.  It's WebMD Health Coach, who got number from employer-paid insurance.

Not a scam.  WebMD Health Coach, now a part of my benefits package at work.  They did leave a message to call abck, and gave a toll-free number to use.

health coach from your employer health plan, this is not a unsolicited call. your health plan at work has made this part of your requirements to keep your health copays lower.

It is absolutely a legit call from WebMD. If you think that they are calling you in error, then maybe someone did not give them their real number when doing the questionnaire. Call the number and it will be WebMD. They aren't trying to sell anything.

It's WebMD.  My husband and I just signed up for health insurance through his company again last week.  With my husband's company, if you fill out a health questionnaire through WebMD, then your insurance rates will go down.  We get excellent health benefits, so I don't mind the calls.  No scam.

Why would you file a complaint? What an idiot. It's from your work. You have nothing better to do with your time? Seriously. Why don't you go volunteer or something?

I recieve a call this morning.  Went to Voicemail because I was in a meeting.  NO message left.


I have NO association with WebMD, never used them, never went to the website, definitely didn't give them THIS number.  My company doesn't use them...

Seems like a scam to me, especially if they didn't leave a message...

Yep Health Coach, Just signed up for my benefits at work and now they are calling.  Oh yay.

got a call from them on cell phone and then on business number.  how they got both, i have no idea.  i never give those two numbers out as alternatives.  didn't leave a message on either number.

Ah. I think you're right about the Web MD thing.  It might be some health coach the company has that calls every so often.  It's just strange that every once in a while I get a call from Indiana!
