I just got this call saying I passed the 10 days and I will be prosecuted, they found my Mother and called her too, how is this possible, how do we stop this?

I just got a call from this same # n some how they call one of my close friends saying i used her as a reference...this is bs...do not give ur info out..i told them if ur so smart to scam people then apply for real job n hung up...

They just called me too saying I had to pay 1080 dollars by 5 o'clock or I have to go to jail. They must be a third party working for debt collectors. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit after I get my attorney to find out just who they are.

This same bernice person called my brother on Jax FL and told him they have a warrant for me for a felony case and that they are looking for me. I don't know what kind of joke or scam is this but I will get to the bottom of this and I will keep u all updated.

I just received a call from this number myself not 20 minutes ago, the guy rattled off some old information. Tried to get me to confirm the last four digits of my SSN to which I answered, "I am not responsible to verify that information over the phone." to which he wanted to transfer me to a supervisor at which point I hung up.

He called back twice, I answered the second time and he tried to play innocent with the "What happened?"

So I told him I don't believe a word he is saying and his information is not accurate. If I had two pending "Felony Fraud" charges I would know about it. So he got an attitude and asked me if I was "Above the law" and I replied, "No, my principals are clearly above yours." and then he said, "I will go ahead and process the paperwork then scumbag." and hung up.

HAHA - Sure, process your paperwork buddy. I have no debts on my credit history and what you are doing is brow beating and harassing people for a buck. Good luck with that.

i just got a call from this number stating if i didnt send a certain amout by western union or money grahm they was issueing a felony warrant for my arrest then if u try and call the number back it states its not a working number

I received a call from this number too!  Stating I just got busted and they were coming to arrest me.

Just got a call from this guy called Bobby Flynn, saying he had a warrent out for my husband and wanted me to verify his ssn. Now I ask "why what has he done and why send a notice out and not an police officer? " This is a scam dont give your info out.

JAN, 23 2013.  12 NOON RECEIVED A CALL FROM THIS GUY WHO STATED MY FRIEND HAD A WARRANT FOR HIIS ARREST FOR FELONY FRAUD. I EXPKAINED TO THIS IDIOT HE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER, HE THEN STATED I WAS A PART OF THE CRIME AND THAT I WOULD "GO TO JAIL". I TOLD HIME TO KISS MY BLACK A**.

Abusive, threatening call claiming I was the emergency contact for someone I don't know. Angry male voice. Called 2 more times after I hung up.

Real extortionists. Totally illegal. Don't answer, or if you do, either hang up or blow a loud whistle into the phone.

Are these people forreal because I just got a call too from the same number talking about a warrant for my arrest if I don't pay the money in a hour.

I received a call from the same person name Bobby Flan, stating the same thing that I go "two allegations" against me. The only thing is  their information did not match with my personal information. He said he was calling with the State Of Oklahoma, but when I looked the information up the number shows the area code for Cincinnati, OH. So I think someone is trying to pull a fast one over you to get money. Please be carefully.

Hi, I saw this posting and I just got a voice mail stating that I got "two allegations" against me. Since I had not responded to a 10-day notice, they thought they would call and let me know about it and to give him (Bobby Flan) a call immediately. The telephone number is 317-395-7148.

i just got a call from a bernice burke not to sure how to spell it but she claimed we owe money and she threatened us if we did not pay in 30 mins and she will have the sheriff at our home for a warrant for our arrest ..... i dont belive them and please beware !!!
