got a call about a home security system no name

person called me on my cell during work. kept saying i'm getting this great opportunity for a state of the art home security system with touch screen that gives me the weather... blah blah blah... told the man several times i wasn't interested and he got an attitude. told me that i have their number so i could call back WHEN my house gets broken into and that thats what everyone else does... i told him he was a d!ck and to remove my number from whatever list they got it from. he never would say where they got my number just that this was a personal call, lol what a joke!

The telemarketing company is called Saveology. They run an affiliate program that sells numerous services....ADT, Dish Network, Caribbean Cruise Lines,

How it works:  You become an affiliate of Savology, then you make thousands of phones calls trying to convince some elderly person to sign-up with ADT or Dish Network. In return, you earn a $100 commission for each victim you con.

Just a tip regarding unknown calls on your cell phone.  If you do not recognize the number, don't answer it.  Pretty simple.  If it's a real human being, they will leave a message and you can call them back.  Criminals who solicit via cell phone don't care about Do Not Call Lists.  They have probably spoofed the number anyway so they can't be traced.  They are not selling ADT or anything else.   If you answer the phone and talk to them, they know they have a "hot" number and will, at the minimum, keep calling you and may also sell your number (along with any personal information you're stupid enough to give them) to other criminals.

I am receiving calls from this number on my cell and my work phone. Its an automated called that says I have one free home security from ADT. Super annoying I have tried to talk to an actual person and it doesnt help, they keep calling.

caller said they were a security company, That I had filled out a online survay. They call every other day, I ask to be placed on a "do not call list", they contiune to call anyways.  Wanting me to varify my home address.

they call every other day. told them to put me on a dont call list, they call continue to call.
They said they were with a secruity company, that I filled out a online survay, for home security ( which 100% sure I didn't fill out any survay).

They called my google voice.  And if they keep calling they'll get a nice report to the FTC from me.  I'm a busy mom of 2 who can't handle idiotic calls like this through the day.

I received a call from this number on my cell phone.  I resent receiving calls on my cell, ESPECIALLY since I only give this number of relatives and close friends.  EVEN MY DOCTOS DO NOT HAVE MY CELL NUMBER.  I'm a senior citizen and have done my traveling over the years, and certainly DO NOT WANT A VACATION ON WATER.  I hate boats and only fly.

I have been getting calls from this number for a little over a month, I never answer and never pick up.. So the last time they called i decided to call back, No answer, i get some music and then it hanges up,, weird and wish it would STOP!!!!!!!

Got a call from this number today.  Nobody there just dead air.

Guy asked for a Jerry. I told him he had the wrong number. He then proceeded to ask if I was a homeowner in my city's name. I said yes and was annoyed about who, why and where he got my cell #.  He said was the authorized ADT dealer. I said I already have ADT and he was shocked as asked if I have my system being monitored. Sounded like he didn't understand what having ADT actually meant. I kept asking how he got my # and he wouldn't say. Just kept saying this is how we contact people. I told him never to call again.

They are trying to "give" you a Caribbean  cruise.  It ONLY cost you $195.00 for Port taxes.  But you must pay the tax in advance and take the trip within 18 months.  If you do not get a chance to go they keep your ?Taxes?.  I have asked repeatedly to stop and the still call my cell phone at lease twice a day.  I saved the number with a name of ?Do Not Answer?  They identify themselves as "Caribbean Cruise Line"

No idea how this person got my number.  Very uncomfortable, sounded creepy.

I number called my husband and he was crazy enough to give personal info. Never give out info if someone calls you only if you call them!!!

Been called by this group twice a day every day for the last week asking for Paul - on my cellphone number that I've had for the last 15 years.

It's been so bad that I've been answering as Peggy from the Discover card commercials.

Telemarket useless products such as ADT Security and Vonage Phones.  Joshua recruits telemarketers on craigslist (because he's classy like that) at 305-878-6160.

They said they only call if you request it, but I didn't request anything, and they had a wrong name for me.  They claim their computers were surprisingly having a bad day.  (Pfizer is misheard Visor).

I called the number back and they answered "Pfizer Research Group".

Told them not to call, but they keep calling.  This is harassment!!

It is an authorized dealer for ADT Home Security, my freaking Oil Company gave them my number even though I told them not to, and I have told them more than once I am not interested but they still call me 1 to 3 times a month.

I've been getting a call every day for a week.  No one says anything when I answer so I've been ignoring but it's annoying that it keeps coming.
