they just keep using up my minutes and fax paper and ink so I started sending them back pages of text to use up theirs.

I keep getting a call from this number...the caller ID says....St. Cloud, MN.....they never leave a message but call each and every day.

This number keeps calling me. It always changes what it wants. Scam.

I got my first call today wednesday 08/31/2011. caller ID said " Array Services". "Glass Mountain Capital"were calling me for 4 months and just stopped when I told them to stop. I did file a complaint on the "national donot call list" today well I guess I will have to wait. I forgot to block my number. I had more than a week without a phone call.

Just started recieveing calls from this number and they call 4-8 times a day. Who the "F" are these people ?

This person claims that we defaulted on a mastercard that we have paid on for the past 2 years. We have never had a mastercard.

I am sure this is a debt collection agency that buys very, very old debts for pennies on the dollar and tries to collect full price on them. They are not the original creditor. My debts have been charged off for over a decade.

Talking to them or arranging to pay them can reactivate an old debt. I will not answer it. Thank you for this site.

Stop the calls. I am pretty sure there are harassment laws.....stop! 4-5 calls a day might be overkill.

If you do answer and they start threatening you, tell them you will press charges for harrassment, which is perfectly legal to do and they will have to cease and desist in calling you.  If there is something that they need from you or want to get a hold of you, they will need to send you the documents.

this guy called from a local number and a 320-534-4350 asking for my ex-h. I said i was not going to give him my personal info since I didnt know who he was a nd he literally yelled at me saying " I already told you who I am, I am JOE BARLOW from JC Christianson" I said I am sorry, I dont know who you are anyways, or what you want. I dont even see the person you're asking for, and he said: "well, dont worry, i perfectly know who you are Mrs. XXX and he said my name. My ex has not been in this country for over 5 years and my phone # is new...I am not sure how they got this number much less how the ex could've given my contact number. THe guy is RUDE

Nobody from that company reads this not sure why you people keep pleaing your case to no one... thanks to the people that know what this is for... JCC debt collection...

Called on my work Cell to tell me my ex-wife opened an account at JC Pennies and owes over $2,800 and they are going to be persuing me in court

their answering machine left me a message on my answering machine.  Had I answered, they woudl have sent me through a cycle of pressing buttons.   Just tell me why you are calling and maybe I will call you back

A debt collector calling for someone that has not lived in my home, but shares my last name.

I am tired of getting calls from these various companies.   They always act like it's an emergency.

Please stop with the calls!...I've had this # for a few  weeks and I get at least 1-2 calls & voicemails  a day with no ID...Get the hint...stop calling. I will not use my roaming minutes answering U...rm
