I got the same message on 6/2. I have AT&T and I did what Nick said. I did get an automated message from AT&T. Thanks Nick, hopefully this will help!

I got a text from this number as well. The same exact as everyone else!!! I think it did give me a virus!

God Bless America. Apparently the police cannot do anything (1st amendment etc etc blah blah blah). Very disappointed. In other countries this is against the law and dealt with accordingly.

my eleven year old son received this today (6/3). if you have an AT&T account forward the message to this short code: 7726 You will receive an automated message to enter the number associated with it : 321 230 2198. This is AT&T's line for this type of message - if enough people send the number it gets blocked. There are similar services in place by all of the major cell providers.
Because my son is only eleven I am also contacting the police. They may not be able to do much because 'Sarah' is only sending a link to a website that has to be clicked but I am going to push hard for an intervention.

**Update**
This is spyware and the person will send text messages from your phone without you even knowing it but if your phone is prepaid, you will notice your balance going down without a reason. I called AT&T and I was able to solve the problem by shutting off my text message feature but I know I still need to keep an eye on my account.

Whatever you do, do not text this number back. I got a text this morning and ever since I texted "remove" back to that number, my prepaid account balance has been dropping and I haven't even been using the phone. I think it is some kind of virus or a way to hijack a person's phone. I'm now on the phone with AT&T but of course the hold times are ridiculous.

My eleven year old son received the same text last night starting at midnight.. Then whoever it is was texting him blank texts all night.. When I call the number back it goes straight to a voicemail..

I got a text at 7:26am. From Sarah. Gave this website: picsharelist.com. Shouldn't be too difficult to get shut down. It's a Central Florida number. Everyone needs to contact the Do Not Call registry and complain.

MY HUSBAND RECEIVED A TEXT FROM THIS NUMBER WITH A MESSAGE "HEY IT'S SARAH LETS TALK ON THERE ;)" AND IT HAD PICSHARLIST.COM.
MY HUSBAND ALMOST GOT HIS BUTT BEAT TO DEATH BY ME THINKING HE WAS SEEING SOMEONE NAMED SARAH !! WITHIN A FEW MINUTES I GOT THE SAME MESSAGE!!!!! THIS TOOK PLACE AROUND 3:30 ON 6/2/13. I AM BEYOND ANGRY............................................................................................
