This is just a scam bunch of frauds & Godless devils selling lowering interest on your credit cards, you have won a cruise (for which you have to pay a fee, but will never get the documents), and an ever changing coterie of other frauds using phony computer generated numbers, tie-lines, etc.  The worst thing you can ever do is give them any personal data or credit card numbers, as your identity will be stolen and resold a million times and you will see $1000s of unauthorized charges on your credit cards.  To resolve the latter, you will have to deal with obnoxious, American-hating people at some foreign call center who barely understand English, and who will make you feel like an idiot.  We need to get our elected reps in DC to do something useful.  This is another example of why everyone must PLEASE write their elected reps in DC to demand strengthened DNC laws with severe dollar penalties and prison sentences, outlawing the use of computer generated numbers, tie-lines, the use of any number not issued by a legitimate, licensed common carrier, any kind of solicitation call whether political, charity, surveys, telemarketing, etc., any call that is not properly identified on caller id with the real name of the caller or business, etc. As for alleged charity calls, most if not all of the money you donate over the phone will go into the pockets of the organizers and you will see vasly inflated charges on your credit card.  We are all suffering terrorism by telephone!  We need call control, not gun control!

Got ths call to my CA phone # when on vacaton-glad the tme zone dfference ddn't wake me up!  GRRRRRR!

Rec'd a call from this number yesterday I did not know the number so I waited to see if they left a message. No message left so I called the number back and it was a recording that the number is not in service?

Ignore the call. Search the internet for this number and get to this website.

I had a call too and no message left.  It's a shame that hundreds of us people are powerless in putting an end to this bogus and NCR is not after them or doesn't stop the MF's.

I live in Iowa and I keep getting calls from this number, of course I think its a spam call so when they call me next I think I am going to play a little game with them....lol I hope they will stop calling

sept. 17 tue 2013        got call from 321-250-5621 at 5:40 am.   I have do not call !!

I just got this call as I was driving, so did not pick up. When I got home I looked up my missed calls and saw a number that I did not recognize. There was no msg. I live in CA

Called my cell. Rang twice. Didn't recognize area code; didn't answer. Blocked.

Just got a call as well. Did not pick up since I did not recognize the number.

They have called me several times.

The reason is that the number is a VoIP, or connected to a computer. Magic Jack®, Skype®...phones that run off a Broadband Cable connection.

I received a call from this number at 2:04pm today and saw that they left a voice message. When I played it back there was just static noise no one spoke.

the reason why you cannot "call" these people is because this and all other calls like it are spoofed.  the lowlifes have a list of not-in-use phone numbers (i.e. from defunct pay telephones) and they can program that number to show up on your caller i.d.  you can complain to the fcc.  they cannot assist you individually, but they can compile a list of the number/s shown on your caller i.d.   these no-accounts are like weeds.  for every weed you pull, two will appear.  yes, it is annoying.  you cannot change these idiots.  just change your mindset.  if you do not recognize the number, simply ignore it.  then feel smug that you are so much more intelligent they these no-talent numbskulls.

This number called me, no one was there.  I hung up and called back and heard a message about the number not being in service.

Just got a call from this number and they didn't leave a message. These random unknown phone calls are annoying.

I received a call from this number on my cell. This has happened numerous time from the same number, and I am on the DNC list and have been since it was first available. Very annoying, and it just shows the DNC list means nothing to these people and the government needs to get involved to stop this crap!!!

Keep getting calls from this number.  I don't answer because I do not know the number and they will not leave a message.  They get through to my *beep* and then hang up.  I believe that my number may have been sold after a 'debt' that I have challenged ended up in the hands of a collection agency. . . is that a thing?

I live in IN.  Just received a call on my cell from this #.  I didn't answer it.  No voicemail left.  Blocked my # and called back.  # did not go through.

Didn't answer, sounded spammy to me!

I just received it in Massachusetts at 1:10 PM Eastern Time.
It appears to be shady!!!
