ITS A SCAM,The name is arbitration and they claim I have Delinquent CC loans and that I can resolve this for a fraction of the loan if I give them access to my bank acc info to make payment. I don't have any loans out and my CC bill gets payed on time every month. My advise is if you don't recognize or the no name comes up on called ID, just don't answer the phone

321-281-3638 keeps calling, lets the phone ring 3 times, then hangs up. I don't owe anyone a single cent so I just ignore their calls.

This number is linked with many others including UNKNOWN.  I am reporting this number as ANNOYANCE. SCAM.

Called five times today. Wasn't home but calls were on caller I'd. No messages. Has to be a scam.

If I could find these people I would cut their phone lines and have to tell them off.  They call all hours of the day and just don;t know when to stop.  This should be illegal!

These guys call relentlessly, but I only get a robot.  I don't know what they want.  I guess they think I'll just sit on hold all day till they get around to telling me.

They call  and let the phone ring 1-3 times then hang up. Then they wait a little while do it again and this happens 3 times per day. I have nothing past due and don't have an account with Brighthouse.  It's really quite annoying especially on a cell phone that costs me minutes!!

I get 2 to 3 calls a day from them looking for someone with the last name of Taylor - not my last name. I have told them a number of times they have the wrong number. I have also tried blocking the phone number - Brighthouse allows this - but the number still comes up on my caller ID, so there must be a way for them to get around call blocking.

I too receive calls from this number quite often. The thing is they have very limited information for a true collection company, yet want all of mine..ie ask for all my personal information(yes, enough to steal one's identity) yet would not provide me with who turned me over to this supposed collections call.  Definitely a scam.

Claim they are Credit Management. Problem was they called me cell phone but when I called back and gave them my number, they claimed to be looking for my husband. We are not delinquent in anything and again MY cell phone NOT the husband's. Asked for my name and I wouldn't give them anything except to tell them off. Not sounding kosher at all.

Please do catch this jerk.  They called me a 10pm. What voicemail was recorded said something about collections- I know that I do not have any overdue bills, so between the hour called and the message, I know that it must be a scam.

I got a call from (321) 281-3638 at 10pm.  Only part of the voice mail made it to recording, but it says that they are a collection agency.  I do not owe any bills, so I know that this must be a scam.

They are scammers trying to con you out of your information. Do not respond or you will have your identity stolen.

No, it is not Brighthouse.  I am on auto-pay and just got my bank notification that the payment went through, so I know that I am not delinquent.  Also, I got the call at 10pm- Brighthouse does not call that late.
