Called my cell and said he was from United Insurance (not United Healthcare). I told him not interested and hung up.

received a call today and it was noisy in the background. caller identified himself as united Insurance, I told him I was on the do not call list. told him to take my name off the list. he told me it was from an online inquiry. told him my last inquiry was over 3 years ago and to take my number off the list.

calls weekly never leaves a message and dosent answer when i answer

i get so many calls from this no. if i answer the cal no response.these guys are bothering a lot

Ever since I requested information for individual healthcare insurance on line, I've been getting these calls about insurance coverage.  My on line inquiry was over a year ago!  So, it looks like when you put your name and contact information on the web, somehow it gets in the hands of everyone.  I don't have any bad debts, so most of the calls are about insurance coverage.  I didn't answer this call today, so don't know what it was for.  No message, of course was left for me.

Received several calls, don't answer cell phone at work.  Just tried to call them back.  Phone rang once then went dead.  I tried several times.  I have no bad debts don't know who they are or why they called.
Blocking nthe number from my phone.

Obviously the Do Not Call Registry does not work.

Answered the phone. It was noisy in the background and I had to say "Hello?" a couple times before anyone answered. The woman said she was from United Insurance, so I said that I wasn't interested and hung up. I've been getting a lot of calls like this.

I thought this was some insurance co. trying to get us to sign up for dental or medical. Needs to have a way to stop these people.

Missed call I think second one. Not going to ever answer unknown numbers.

I got two calls from this number within a day.  I didn't answer either and no message was left.

If you look up fair debt practice law on the web it will tell you that.  You have to send a cease and desist letter to them.  You can not just tell them.  But the catch is they can contact you by mail yes but it is usually to say they are going to sue you.  Read the fair debt practice law on what debt collectors can and cannot not do.  I have used that letter many times.  Glitz

calls back to back t back, every minute every hour. It's annoying and I am at work during the day and can't answer my phone like that. They don't have respect for people work time at all.

i read somewhere if u tell a collection agency they can only contact via USP mail that they have to honor that request or they can be sued. i'm seriously going to look into that possibility!

Just answered a call from this number.  It was noisy in the background, people laughing etc and the guy said he was following up on my inquiry for United Health Insurance... I said I never inquired about insurance.  He had my first and last name (which bothers me!) and said oh ok, I guess we have our records wrong.  I just said uh huh and hung up.

Report these numbers to the FCC.  Debt collectors are supposed to identify themselves.  These are services they use to try to gather location information on you.  Report them to the FCC and FTC if the numbers keep harassing you.

They called, we answered - they just hung up after we said hello several times. They call several times per day.

My daughter got a missed call from this number, called it back, and was thanked for joining "online air" or something like that.
