Sorry you had to deal with that jack***, you do need to report that phone call to FCC and whom ever else, posting here just helps other posters to get info on these calls, it does not get reported from this site. Unfortunately there are poor naive people desparate to lower thier card rates and therefore give these morons thier info and then get ripped off, it is almost impossible to track and stop them but the more reporting and info the FCC gets will make it easier.

I just got a call from 321-710-9999. The guy said that he had an offer to lower my credit card intrest rates. When i asked him what company he was calling from he asked me was I on medication and was I stupid or something. the went on to tell me to put his mutha f*cken balls and d*ck in my mouth, he was laughing and you can hear other people in the back ground laughing etc. He told me that he had our address and all our information and started to threaten me saying he would come over here and put a "hot one" in us. I ended the call by saying that I was having a blessed day and iwould not allow him to ruin it. He ended by saying "I bet f*cked up your blessed day". This scam has gone to far and I will do everything in my power to stop this. The threats turned this into a very serious criminal situation. This is not a game.Caller: He did not give a name

I just got home and had 3 messages from "Rachel of Card Member Services" (Caller ID 407-358-9999).  I've been getting these calls for months now.  However, yesterday I listened to the whole message and pushed "3" to "discontinue these calls".  Instead of stopping, they got WORSE!  So, just as I was done deleting the phone messages from them, my phone rang again and it was them again!!!  I answered and this time pushed "1" to speak with a rep.... waited about 5 minutes. Finally "Corey Jacobs" came on the line.  Said the company's name was indeed "Card Member Services", working on behalf of Visa, MasterCard and American Express (BS!).  Couldn't tell me his address as "he only has worked there 1 week" and didn't know his manager, David's, last name.  Said their phone number was 800-847-2911.  I told him they were now harassing me as I pushed option #3 yesterday.  His response was "Are we holding a gun to your head and making you answer your phone lady?"  What an A$$#@*%!  This is a scam and the scum bags are very rude, ugly people.  DON'T TALK TO THEM.  NOT WORTH IT.

FRAUD WARNING !!!

These Scumbags called saying they had a limited time offer to lower my credit card interest rate to 6.95%.  When I pushed the button to speak to a live person and asked "What bank are you calling from?" they IMMEDIATELY hung up!

When I called back the phone rang and rang and rang... and they never picked up!

Was the call from credit card services ? I reported them to FTC several times and they are trying to catch them. They call from different throw away cell phone numbers I have heard, Please if that is the name of the company...report it to FTC.

Callback doesnt work.

They just called me again for the upteenth time! I have told them a few times to not call back. My mom tried to tell them and they were very nasty to her. The person she talked to her called her a bi*** and spoke obscenly to her. No kidding!

Have gotten this one before. Female voice says she's calling from my 'credit card company' but not to worry, my account is OK.  Said rates are about to increase. Hung up.  Calling back gets announcement that this is a non-working number.

A robot call with message proporting to represent a credit card company, which is not identified, reporting that rates on my card are about to increase.  Did not listen to rest of call.

Another one of those wonderful calls about lowering my credit card interest rate... which would be interesting (pardon the pun) if I actually had credit card bills to worry about.

I got the same just now.

Recorded female voice telling me that there is "No problem with your credit card" then goes into "Call now to lower your interest rates, blah, blah, blah."
They have an option at the end of the message to press for a rep or to discontinue further calls, but apparently it doesn't work. They still call back.

*At the bottom of this page it says the call originated in Belgium. Wow, the EU must be getting deperate!
