Received a call this morning male voice  inn Spanish . Claiming to be a nephew from mexico wanting to speak to his aunt. He gave correct names, which easily can be accesed online. I asked whom he wanted to speak with we went back and forth. Will be reporting this scam call through all social media, local news media and do jot call registry.
          What a low scum looser with nothingnbetter to do with his sorry life!

I got 3 calls saying that he was my cousin and e kept on calling me idk who this person is! He stated that he's a cousin from Mexico!

321-1553466 I have been receiving calls.from this number as well  he said he was coming from Mexico that he got a buissnes over there..and he was stopping by in Cali for some work supplies and.asked.if I would pick him up at san Jose airport..I asked who he was and said a name he said yes..this all seemed weird because i didnt recognizEd the number so I called the person I thought who I was talking to and of course turns out it wasn't him..im just glad I had I gut feeling and I found out on time before I gave him personal info.

This guy called my house (2/13/14) and I answered the phone. When I said "hello" he said "hi, how are you in Spanish!" I said I was fine then I asked who was calling. He didn't give me a name, but he claimed he was a family member in Mexico and wanted me to guess who was calling. I have some family in Mexico and I'm pretty sure I would be able to identify them if they called my house but like many of you I have some family I have not talked to or have met so I couldn't 100% rule out the probability of him telling the truth. Luckily this guy immediately gave me some weird vibes (even though he tried to sound so friendly and excited). So when he asked for my name I didn't give him it and instead handed the phone to my mother (who would be able to identify any family member). He started calling my mom "tia" and wanted her to guess who was calling luckily she wasn't buying the BS he was selling so then he asked for my brother using his first name (which made her think maybe it was a family member). My mom told him he wasn't home and she insisted to know who was calling or else she was going hang up on him. He then said he was my brother's oldest nephew (our house number is under my brothers name) and that's when we knew this 100% was a scam. I think he thought my brother was a lot older than he is. Anyway don't believe anything this jerk says and I'm sad to hear that many of you/your family members have. Lastly, I just wanted to add that at the end of the conversation with my mom before he hung up he acted offended and said "Ok, you don't remember your family in Mexico anymore? Fine, you'll never hear from me again." haha seriously? what a butt and yes, please don't call us again but if you do we're ready to have some fun with you!

This #3221553466 this guy is calling my Mom saying is my Uncle , and saying is going to visit my mom and spend the night at my moms house ...just happen today 2/2/2012 and we call the number that we have from my uncle , and my Uncle never called my Mom. And I call back but the phone# is incorrect ..

Some body just called my grandma from 1-322-155-3466. I called the number back and it wouldn't go through. The man asked if she knew who he was. She threw a name out there and he says yes that is me. He wanted to know if someone would pick him up from the airport and was carrying a conversation with her. Saying things like he was her nephew and that he just bought a plastic company in Mexico and was comming. He must have found a old phone nuber out the phone book cause he was trying to figure out if she lived alone......I just got off the phone with the police and will be working to stop this guy......

I just this very minute received a call from this phone number, 322-155-3466. He asked to speak to me. He spoke in Spanish (Mexican accent) and said hello how am I doing. I asked who he was, and he said to guess. He said that he was a relative from outside of California. He said that he was coming to Oakland (I don't live there, but I do live in the Bay Area) for business and wanted to stop by and see me. I then knew that this was a scam and played along and said that he must be my cousin Pedro (I don't have a cousin Pedro). He immediately said that I had guessed right. He repeated what his plans were. I asked who his dad was, what's his dads name? He said that his dads name was Pedro and that he was Pedro Jr. I then told him that I knew he was a scammer and hung up. The entire conversation was in Spanish.

My mom received a call today from this guy  saying that he was one of her older nephews from Mexico and my mom innocently said a name and he stuck to it. Long story short he said he needed 1,600 because he was being held at a Tijuana airport for carrying too much cash on his person. Of course we weren't just going to send that kind of money with out further investigation. Luckily we were able to speak to our cousin and confirm that in fact that wasn't him asking for the money. Sounds like these people are using the same phone number and story. Be careful people and spread the word!

Got a phone call from this saying he was the oldes from the his nephew too find out who he was. I asked who was his mother and hang up so fast

Received a call from "favorite" cousin who wants to fly in and visit grandma. My father answered all of his questions!! And gave him his cell phone number. Now we wait to find out if he asks for money or uses our number somehow. Grrrr. I hate scammers!!

I received several missed calls from this number and when I finally answered a man in a heavy accent repeatly said hello, hello, hello, hello, hello so I told him he had the wrong number and hung up. He called back again and I told him not to call this number again and he hung up on me. He is still continuing to call as I type this so I guess I will request Verizon to block the number.

This guy tried to scam my aunt stating he was a cousin or nephew.  She gave him her cell # but didnt give any more info out. She's going to change her #s & we advised her not to tell anyone any info. Please! If someone calls u in your phone please don't give any info out! Even if they say its a family member or bank or business. Unless you know exactly who it is. & always trust your gut!

It was a warm Sunday afternoon when we got a mysterious phone call.  I picked up the phone and a man speaking Spanish asked me if I spoke Spanish since my Spanish is very limited I passed the phone to my wife who speaks Spanish fluently.  He told my wife that he was at the airport in Mexico planning to fly to Chicago to look at machinery.  He asked to guess which older cousin he was. By now my wife was  suspicious and told him all the older cousins were dead!  He told her to pick him up at the airport or he could catch a cab to our house to drop off gifts. He also asked for her cell phone number and said he would call her back.Then he hung up.  We researched the number and luckily we found your web site. We were prepared for when he called back.  When he called back my wife told him that he shouldn't worry because the police were going to pick him up at the airport. While he tried to make up an excuse my wife hung up. We showed him!

My uncle got a call from these a***ole scumbags today as well, also claimimg my uncle was his cousin. Damn idiots

They called the house saying he was an older cousin so he asked to come over the house but he needed to be picked up at ontario airport he asked for 1, 100 for his plane and. So we sent it and it was to late the money arrived and family from mexico called say it was a trap it was fake people just to mess with people -.- please becareful. They're fake people !!

today i received a call from this same number saying it was a relative. they wanted 1,500. i made the transfer but realized it was fraud before giving the confirmation number to the guy saying it was a paissano calling from Tijuana airport. please be aware this is a fraud. the number i a fake number, i tried calling back.

Ok the same thing that happened to all of you just happened to my father as well same guy same number. It's just that I'm a litel scared because this guy actually knew OUR last name. How could he have known are name and what can I do about this has me really shooken up!!! "HELP PLEASE"!!! ???

We also got a phone call from this number saying that he was my uncles cousin, then my father answered and the guy on the phone called him uncle. after that he told my dad to guess who it was but he didn't fell for it because we've had phone call likes this for over a year, then my dad proceed and told him to f*** himself. please don't give any of your information out and just hang up on him.

I just received a call from this number.  he was asking for me.  Said he was my cousin that lives out of California.  I told him I didn't have cousins out of california and asked him for his name, he said he was jose(mylastname).  I told sorry but I don't have cousins with that name and he hung up.   Little did he know that my last name, is my married name so I couldn't have cousins with that name.................STUPIDO!

He called my mom saying he was her cusin & to pick hem at the airport .

this guy called & started talking in spanish and all I understood was the word primo. he was looking for my wife at first and then me and asked if i speak spanish. when I said no, he just hang-up.

This person called my house. I answered the phone he asked who was speaking I told him who do you want to talk to he kept asking whos this and he said I am your dads cousin from Mexico, he asked do you know who i am i responded no he said im your dads cousin, he gave me a name of one of my dads cousin, i gave the phone to my dad and they where talking for a while, my dad was still not sure if that was his cousin the voice didnt sound the same but the information he had was all correct. He asked my dad for his cell phone number saying he was going over to the house the next day, he sounded suspicious so my dad called his cousin and his cousin never called. The next day he called and asked my dad for the address, my dad told him you just came yesturday you forgot the address already, he hung up and hasnt called back.

Called my house and made me guess who he was the first name I said he claimed it was him. He wanted to talk with my mom but kept getting his info wrong . He told me that he was in San Francisco and will stop by my house tomorrow. He talked with my aunt she gave him her self phone number but we just thought we didn't recognize his voice since we hadnt talked to him an a long time. The next day he called us again but hanged up when he couldn't recognize my voice. He called a bit later asking for my aunt but she wasn't avaliable. This all seemed wrong, so my aunt got in contact with my family in Mexico and the family he was claiming to be was in Mexico . After that he called again and my aunt told him he wasn't our family he responded oh I'm not him. She then told him she was calling the cops  Then he hanged up

Omgggg I swearrrr I hope they catch him!

this guy called at my parents house and i answered it.. he said he was my cousin, and asked me where i have cousins outside of canada. i said chicago and colombia. he said he was from chicago. and what cousin do I have in chicago? and i supplied him the name (d'oh!) he said he called all day yesterday and nobody answered the phone- why not? i said if nobody answered, then probably no one was home (double d'oh) then he said he spent the past week in mexico and leaving today and wanted to fly to visit us for a few days. he kept asking me how i was doing and how i was, i just answered fine, fine. one word answers basically from my end (no wonder he asked several times- he was fishing for information!) i finally passed the phone to my mom who caught on right away that this was not my cousin-her nephew- and when she asked "what's my name" and he hung up right away. I would have caught this much sooner if I actually knew my cousins, I know them only by name! But still, my mom is freaked out now that someone is casing her house, but my parents are in their early 50s, hardly elderly. I don't know why they were targeted.

This guy is harassing my mom calling her all day......I was wondering what she can do to stp this harassing........can any one help me?
