I too get calls from these  people almost every hour from 8AM til after I go to bed.  They will not stop clling.  If there is a way to sue them let me know.  Maybe we can do a class action.

I received a call from this number, they stated that we would get a free cell phone.  Somewhat concerned, I still listened to the salesman.  He went on and on that there was no contract to sign or any obligation to keep the phone for 30 days.  If I wanted to keep the phone after 30 days we would be billed for 39.95.  All I gave the salesman was address, and then he stated that when I got the phone that I would have to use my SS # to activate it and that they needed it to run a credit check.  I then stopped the conversation and demanded he stop this order.  He was very rude, and initially was going to process this order, until I demanded to speak to a supervisor.  He hung up.  Over and over this saleman said that this was a Verizon phone, from Verizon wireless.  I called Verizon, and Verizon Wireless and they stated that they don't just pick and choose numbers to call and offer a free phones like that.  This is a scam!!  Verizon Wireless said that if they call a number it is a Verizon Wireless customer. Besides I have a un-published number.  Beware!!!  Report to Verizon if this number calls you and states that they have a free phone for you!!!

Phone  number 1 323-313-0952 calls me two to three times a week and will not stop. I asked them where  they got my phone number and they hung up. I have asked them to stop calling but they just keep calling. I have called this number back and it always has a tone like a fax machine. I am also on the do not call registry so I am going to complain to the Federal Trade Commission. I understand if a place continues to harass you and you are on the registry, the FTC will fine them heavily. ( I hope)

I called Pac-West and they're submitting a formal complaint for me. Hopefully it'll stop. This has been going on every day for months and I, too, have similar stories. They hang up on me at every request. Very obnoxious.

I asked them to not call, and they continue to do so all day long. So, now when they call, I turn my tv volume up, and put the phone up by it. Figured they would get the hint, but they still continue to call. Its starting to really annoy me!!!!!

I complained on the Do Not Call site but nothing.

It is a rare day when they call only once.  When I pick up they claim to be from Verizon.
