I've been getting these for the past several days, and since I am a Hillary contributor/supporter, I thought it must be from her campaign.  But, they never leave a message.  Today, I called the number and it was a voice recording saying, "Thanks for calling Hillary for president.  Someone will be with you shortly".  It could legitimately be a number for the Hillary campaign, but the number is not registered as a business phone, but as a private one.

Happened to me too. I am also a contributor... but didn't pick up the call.
A little disappointed if my cell number is being used this way. I hope it isn't sold to anyone else. I'm in NYC and this is a LA number

I am a contributor, too, and received a call from this number. I had no idea who it was from. This clears it up!

I've received five calls from this number ID'd as "Hillary" over the past few days.  They didn't leave a message, but once when I answered there was dead air.  Is it political?  I'm a democrat and I made a contribution to a political campaign...does that put me on a "target" list?

I received this call from this number the other day, but I was not home. The caller ID did not show Hillary, instead it had LWVUS, whatever that is.

Yeah I also got this call two days in a row. I picked up today and asked to take a message (pretending I was not me) and they said they did not want to leave one. However I have given to Hillary so that must be it.

It's Hillary begging for money. I am now an Independent because them Democrats left a bad taste in my mouth.

They call me about once a day, and its always when I'm at work. The caller ID always says "Los Angeles, CA." However, I too am a contributor to the Hillary campaign, so it would make sense that they were calling for some more donation money.....

I just received a call from this number, however, was not there to pick it up when I received it.  I will next time... From everyone else here, sounds like the Hillary campaign, who I have donated to, and support 100%.

I got a call today from this number and I too am a contributor to Hillary's campaign =) At least now I know what the number is for, on my caller ID it just says Los Angeles, CA and the phone number so I wasn't sure if it was one of my friends who lives down there or what LOL

I think it is legitimate, I am also a contributor to Hillary's campaign and worked with her staff for the Myrtle Beach debate, so I am on their call list. I just got this call on my cell phone, which is unpublished and a fairly new number, but her campaign has this private number.

Got a call from this number with no message left.  Looking at the other logs saying "Hillary", I'm assuming it's a call for campaign contributions for Hillary Clinton because I'm on their call list.

I get this call left on caller ID several times each day. I've only picked up once and immediately said into the phone "stop calling this number", but of course, it did no good. Our world is populated by jack***es with nothing better to do.

We got this same phone call with "Hillary" being the caller ID.  They asked not for my husband, but for his father (who lives upstairs).  I told the woman she had the wrong number, that nobody by that name lives at this number (different from my father-in-law's).  She said she would note that and remove him from her list.  We get quite a lot of these calls, from many different people, and I'm assuming it's a hoax of some kind.  It is sad how people/companies prey on the elderly...

I've been called by this number multiple times, but never picked up. My readout says "Hillary". Could it be a neo-con phone scam? The next time I get this call I'll answer it and let you know.

Answering machine picked up.  Nothing but background noise.
