I RECEIVED 3 CALLS TODAY ONE WAS ATTACH WITH 911. HE SAID HIS NAME IS JOHN MATTHEWS AND HE HAD A MIDDLE EAST ACCENT. FROM THE FRAUD INVESTIGATION DEPT THAT THERE WAS A LEGAL ISSUE FILED WITH MY LAST 4 DIGITS OF MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. HE SAID IF I DID NOT RETURN THE CALL HE WAS GOING TOO CALL MY EMPLOYER AND HE KNEW WHERE I WORKED, BECAUSE HE SAID THE NAME. THE NUMBER IS 323-432-8769 OF THE FRAUD INVESTIGATION DEPT. AND SAID HE COULD ONLY WISH ME LUCK IF I DID NOT RETURN HIS CALL. i I DON;T LIKE THE IDEA HE HAS MY IMFORMATION. PLEASE STOP THIS HARASSEMENT NOW. THANK YOU FOR YOU ATTENTION TOO THIS MATTER.

i am getting same threats from this number & many others from all across the country for the last year calling me at home & work they got my social security #

They don't want Western Union because its to easy to trace.  If you really want to get under their skin, when they call again keep interrupting him as he reads the script, I've don it the last two times then told him I'm waiting for the cops to come.  Which will never happen.  Too much Americian TV.

I AM RECEIVING THE SAME CALL FROM THE SAME PERSON, I ASK TO SPEAK TO THE CEO AND MANGER, I HEARD HIM THE BACKGROUNG TO SOME ONE, SHE WANTS TO SPEAK WITH AA CEO ETC. AND THE PERON THAT GOT ON SOUND THE SAME AS THE FIRST. THEY WANT ME TO PAY MONEY, I TOLD THEM I WOULD SEND IN ON THE 19TH AND HE CALLED AGAIN AN HOUR AGO, I TOLD HIM IT'S NOT THE 19TH. I ASK FOR AN ADDRESS, AND ASK CAN I SEND IT WESTERN UNION AND HE SAID NO, I HAVE TO SEND IT PAYPACK OR SOMETHING. I HAVE TO GO TO CVS AND GET THIS AND THEN CALL THEM AND GIVEA THEM THE IMFORMATION. MY MIND TOLD ME TO PUT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER IN PC AND LORD HELP I FIND YOU ALL WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME!!! THEY HAVE MY SS# SO HE SAY,BUT HE WOULD GIVE ME AN ADDRESS.

I have been getting calls from John Matthews telling me that a legal investigation has been filed against my name and SS# and that I needed to call him the very second that I received his message.
I have no idea what this is about and even if it legitimate. If there is something that I need to take care of, then as a legitimate company then they should send something in writing as to waht this issue is about and I have yet to receive anything in the mail.

Honestly wish these people with these heavy Indian accents would get a life and stop bugging us folks that are trying to make a living and take care of our families.

Yeah these pricks ALMOST had me going for a tiny fraction of a second... "John Matthews" and some other pricks.  LOL they had obviously just located whatever info they could from my Google profile, which I admit was enough to give me a slight jolt.  But the threats of arrest and subpoena??  haha where's the police man?  I don't see them... yeah it's a scam.

JOHN MATTHEWS called me but i didn't answer i was at work but doesn't have my cellphone but i delt with same situation few months go they just trying get money out of you don't give them nothing contact your Attorney General of your state and let them know whats happening.

Called and threatened me with the FBI coming to my house. Indian accent. Have no idea what is going on with this. Who and what are they? New some of my information that they should NOT.

THIS CALLS FIRST STARTED COMING IN FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER ,SAME PERSON CALLING BUT ALWAYS A DIFFERENT NAME. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB AND ALSO THE FBI SINCE THEY SAID THATS WHERE THEY WERE CALLING FROM. Don't know who these people are but they are constantly calling my phone about some payday loan I have never received a payday loan from anyone and the have my ssn I will be calling the cops and reporting this

I keep receiving calls from these folks and I am in the process of tracking them down to have them arrested\d for harassment. I have also contact the BBB and the FBI! This scam must stop!

THESE PEOPLE KEEP CALLING ME ABOUT A LEGAL JUDGEMENT AGAINST MY NAME AND SSN NUMBER.THEY HAVE THREATENED TO HAVE THE SHERIFF ARREST ME AT MY JOB BUT WE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN DOWN TO DISCUSSING AS TO WHAT THE CALL WAS ABOUT OR WHAT CAUSED THE START OF THE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS AGAINST ME.  I RECEIVED A PAYDAY LOAN ONLINE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO AND AM FULFILLING ALL PARTS OF MY AGREEMENT WITH THEM.

These guys have been calling me non stop. actually called me using a 911 emergency number. They use a computer system that can make their number whatever they want. BEWARE of these guys! Complete scam

These a***oles keep calling and threating with cops.jail,lawsuits etc.etc.....The people have a heavy indian accent ,,but when asked for the name,one guy told me he was Robin Williams,,,,They are obviously scam #$@#@$%...I wish I could write what I am thinking ( and what I said to them )My advice block them,ignore them,,,or call back with your # private and leave a message for them ( They will not answer if your # Private ) cowardly b*****ds
