Your absolutely right, collection agencys these days use lie tactics to get you to call them back. They say that they can garnish paychecks, put liens on your house etc.  ALL B***S***!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just ignore them!!   and report them.

I also received b***s*** calls from 323-450-1206. This w***e said she was from a law office, how stupid .  If someone is going to sue you, they are going to do it and not call you up! This is a collection agency that has purchased debts for pennies to the hundred!!!! Don't pay them any attention, just report them.  There is a 500.00 per call fine per call  in the state of texas. So record the calls and present phone bill as proof.

This is a collection agency call. They want you to call them so that they don't violate Federal laws about calling weekends. the autocaller is a violation of Federal Laws. They never sent the written demand required by Law so I never was able to dispute the debt. Don't give them your checking account number or credit card info or they will drain your accounts.

I, too, got a call on Sunday morning, but 10-28-07, and left a message "this is and important message for (name). This is not a sales call or marketing call....Please return our call to 888-633-5330 and refer to account # XXXXXX"
