So glad to hear it! Three or four fewer crooks on the market until they come up with another scam - as guaranteed as death and taxes unfortunately.

Well golly this is the only infomation I could find on CTI with the phone number 323-903-5565 based on our caller id unit.  So they have another number folks.  All they do is listen and then hang up.

Call Type - in my opinion - ANNOYING

I would imagine Mike hung up due to your overabundance of phone charm.
Not a fan of these types of autodialers for that reason  - other dialers do not allow vindictive dolts to keep calling back in. Companies like that probably should have that automated "press 1 to be added to the DNC list" option in the callback number though, which some firms are now using. They would much rather speak with pleasant people, as opposed to yourself, I am sure.

Did you lose money? Using the term "gains" would imply otherwise.

No one from there puts a trojan on your computer. Ridiculous. Apparently Marty the Old School Trader doesn't watch 60 Minutes: most trading in the markets now is automated, and exchanges allow such systems to be housed in close proximity to the trading floor.  And Marty is apparently also ignorant of the fact that the DNC is only violated if it can be shown that the company intentionally called someone who was ALREADY KNOWN by the company to be on the Do Not Call registry.  The law makes provision for honest mistakes. I do believe the lead list providers should do a better job of screening the information against the DNC names, and some do but not all lead brokers are created equal.

Again, not defending that practice here, but usually changing this requires changing to a different autodialer system as some are limited in the settings that can be adjusted.

Here's a Marianne news flash:
Because of bitter Marianne C's obsession with dialing the company's dialer back, she makes it impossible for them to fulfill the DNC request. A normal person would understand that if they are asking for a different person's first and last name than yours when they call, it is because the auto-dialer thinks it has connected to the owner of the number they are seeing on the screen. When you call in then tell them to DNC you, after they have already indicated they are asking for someone with a different name, they have to confirm who you are and your number so they do not DNC the wrong person. You may not want what they are selling, but it is not your legal right or your business to try to force them to DNC someone else's number through, in essence, you committing fraud. Companies using dialers have to deal with idiots (usually drunks) who do exactly this: calling the number back and pretending to be the person whose name is on the screen. Since their number had already disappeared from the screen, their fraud they're perpetrating is pointless. When I was on the phones long ago,  in a galaxy far far away,  I had someone call back AFTER asking to be DNCd (which they already had been, immediately) - angry and upset that the rep didn't stay on to listen to their harangues after the person made threats against the rep. Some of you need medical help.
Try getting out of the house and tossing a Frisbee around instead of wringing your hands over who has called you.

Get a life Marianne. I'm sure the FBI has nothing better to do than listen to you waste their time since you lack the intelligence to know which agency governs what.

And for all the similar whiners & fumers on here, a free gift: when you are called, say this: "I am the owner of this telephone number. Please place me on your permanent Do Not Call list", and wait a little bit. The rep (of any company) should confirm the number you want DNC'd and the correct spelling of your name. Wait for him or her to disconnect. If you hang up too soon the number disappears from their screens. If the person they ask for is decased, say "That person has passed away" etc, not "he is unavailable." Also, if there is a delay in the call connecting initially, saying childishly loudly "HELL-LOOOW!" is of no purpose. You are not yelling at the rep but at a computer, literally.

I got involved with this operation sometime around 2005-2006, when Steve Symonds used to call himself Matrix Trading and sold an emini program for $5,000 or $6,000.  Unfortunately, I did not get exactly what one would call staggering gains.  Have you tried contacting the SEC, the California Commissioner of Corporations or the State Attorney General's office?  Even maybe the local District Attorney?  You'd probably want the Los Angeles County or Orange County D.A. since that's where they're located and even though this case would most likely not be in the D.A.'s scope, they could probably point you in the right direction.  It appears these guys have been doing this a long time and in my humble opinion it goes beyond civil prosecution

These people should be prosecuted.  It's a scam.  They called here using bogus names, when you say you are the person they are looking for, they either go into a b***s*** spiel or just hang up and then when you call them back they use a demon dialer as you are talking to them just to annoy.  Probably a boiler room operation or perhaps even a bunch of prisoners doing call-outs to scam people.  In this economy, you can expect LOTS more of this crap.  Best thing to do is harass your local politicians EVERY DAY until they shut these asshats down.

KEEP CALLING THEM BACK.  IT IS HARD FOR THEM TO HANG UP AS THEY KEEP AUTODIALING.
I DID THIS FOR SEVERAL MINUTES AND TOLD THE IDIOTS OFF.

THEY WILL NEVER CALL AGAIN!!!!

AGAIN......JUST KEEP CALLING AND CURSING THEM OUT.  THAT IS THE ONLY WAY THEY LISTEN.

What do you mean you "used to work there"!? If that's the case why waste your time blogging on the internet? In this age of passionate persecution of the fraudulent aspects of the finance and investment community, why haven't you stepped forward and done your part? You sound like you missed your piece of the pie. Maybe you're even a little disgruntled about something.
Jack a**. I've been system  trading for years successfully. I also know that an illegitimate company or idea will only last for so long and these guys are way beyond that point. Stop poisoning people with your short sided sub par experiences.

Spent about an hour on the phone with these guys today. Lots of red flags, especially when they tell you that they are audited by the Secretary of State lol. Yeah sure, like the Secretary of State has enough auditors (never mind the authority) to audit every "technology company" out there. I found the call amusing but I am sorry for the people who get caught by the scam and for those who are being harrassed.

I called these people and argued with the man as to wether or not he had just called me, when in face i had just called him back. These people call EVERY SINGLE DAY. I am 2 seconds away from going to Los Angeles, finding the office and beating the piss out of somebody. My parents do not need this stress.
