Heavy accent guy left a msg stating calling from financial crime and enforcement network

Their calling me every day with the same threat others have said  323 552 7706

Why i got a call from this same "Peter Scott" He called me numerous times threatening me about paying some loan I supposedly took out. I yelled at him on his last call and afterwards he hung up. I callled back and he didnt answer lol.

they called my phone with caller id 911..which I am pretty sure is not legal. when trying to find out who the person is he started yelling and when I said I was married to a police officer and had filed a complaint, he hung up. i tried calling back several times and they answer but dont say anything at all.  then last time, went to voicemail.  who are these people and how do we stop them?

Just received the same call. On my cell first then my office.

I got a call, tey said i owe Fast Cash 500 or so bucks, i ask hm his name Peter Scott, if he is Peter Scott then i am Jose garcia..LOL...he said he works for law enforecement, yea right...i ask for documents to show balance, he gave me another phone number. called that number no answer...reading the other info, it sounds like a scam, if i really owe where is the bill. i will try calling them again telling them i know this is a scam and i talked with my attourney and get there address so i can serve them for a lawsuit see what they say

OMG i just got the same phone call as you guys from a Peter Scott his call back number 323-55-7706 after leetting him speak i told him i would be in touch. i waited for about 35 mins and called him back i asked him to emplain to me again everything that he previously told me and he did. after he was done talking i informed him that i called my attorney office as well as my local police department and they advised me to record any further conversation. i told Pete Scott that our conversation was being recorded by me and i was turning it over to the police depatment who was turning it into the FBI and the FTC (like you guys suggested) and he was in total shock and said not an issue we apologize have a great day Mrs Brown. Im still in shock i hear about this all the time but i was one to figure it wouldnt happen to me. This is just crazy!!!!!!!!!

A peson with a terrible Hindu accent called my work phone yesterday and left a message saying not to ignore this call, that he was an attorney and that terrible things would befall me if I did not call back!!  LMAO!  He sounded like he was reading a piece of paper, and had the gall to wish me good luck on my "terrible, terrible situation and God bless you".  WHAT???  Why would he hear from my attorney when he's not even saying what he's calling for?  Also threatened continued calls if I chose to ignore him.

I called them back yesterday evening, and told them they had reached the wrong person (who happens to have my same name) then asked for the number they had left the message on and told me it was not in their records.  When they asked my name I told them I had the same name as the person they are looking for, but I am not her, then they proceeded to ask if I lived at... rattled off an address somewhere in California and I said I did not even live in the west coast!  Then asked if my social ended in... rattled off 4 numbers, which were not mine either.  What an idiot!

As I tried to let them know I have a .wav file with their recorded threatening message, had seen the report on their scam on ABC's Nightline and had filed a complaint with the FTC just before calling them back, the guy quickly cut me off and said "sorry, no more calls" and hung up.

So if you are looking to stop them from calling, I suggest you call them back and simply let them know they are calling the wrong person.

I keep getting a call from 323-552-7706 there was a Alex Parker and then a Kevin Prince. They keep calling my work place, (very heavy Indian Accent). They say i have a lawsuit against me for what i have no idea. They called my work place 15 times in an hour and then after i left work they called for me another 18 times i want this to stop but they just keep calling

This guy has the worst asian accent ever he keeps calling my work phone number he says his name is Alex Parker. I want this to stop i work at a Hospital i have patients to take care of not annoying people who keep harrasing me

They have been harassing me at work and on my cells, threatening me of a law suit from Fincen law. I am just worried because they are calling my work place. Is there a way to stop the calls.

This is a scam artist....they do it all the time....they have called my boss lol!!! Ignore his calls or just plain tell them i dont owe you anything, you are a scam, i have reported you to the feds!!! Oweing monies of any kind is a civil matter so you cant be arrested for it....they just try to harrass you until you give in and pay!!!!

OMG! Does he have a crazy accent? I couldn't understand his name and he was very unprofessional for an "attorney. I informed him that it is illegal to make harassing phone calls to a place of business. He asked to talk to my manager to get me fired. I just told him to stop calling and hung up. He told mu husband that he was from the welfare office.

This number keeps calling me and as well says he is Kevin Prince, trying to get me to pay a de t I know nothing about. They wont give me specifics just that I took a loan for $300 and never paid it back, which is not the case! I have no clue what they are talking about! He threatened that I would have to go to court and a bunch of stuff! How do I put a stop to this?

This number 323-552-7706 has been calling and calling, my cell, my office.  Refuses to tell me who and what the "client" they are working for has against me.  Tells me there is a lawsuit against me and that they are coming to my place of work to "get me." The man said his name was Kevin Prince and that he was an attorney, but refuses to give me his bar number or what state he is licensed in. How do I get him to stop harassing me.  If I do indeed have a case against me, why can't he provide and proof or documentation regarding?

Just tell them you are aware this is an extortion scam and are recording their calls which will be turned over to your attorney, law enforcement, FBI and the FTC.

They have called me on my job several times stating they are a law firm and I was going to jail if I dont pay a debt that I don't know anything about. He also stated they he will call until I get fired.Tried to report to BBB but they can't trace the number. I am lost at this point and don't know what to do to stop the calls.
