Just got a call today, followed by 2 blocked calls. Recently applied for student loan from Citibank. Wondering if that has something to do with it??

This unknown group is calling my cell phone number at all times of the day and evening. No message left. I haven't answered any of the calls, yet. It's annoying to have my number unlisted AND on every DNC list, and still get called. Charity or no, it is a lousy policy to call people incessantly.
