Wow!! Got the same thing.. Guy was out of town on a "buisness trip" and wanted me to send my phone to his son PAUL RECENT in africa.. Hmm.. SCAM!! He kept trying to rush me to get it done fast, after i googled the number told him to f off!! He told me i was the one scamming him... Hahaha he said he was gonna call fbi.. Funny.

hahah got a text from this scammer saying the same thing! Was sick in a hospital wanted my item I told them they must be crazy to think id give them my bank info and then offered to deliver it for a fee since is was a local LA area code. Their response was "Im not a scammer F%^& you!" hahah I talked some crap and man that pissed them off. I got 2 pages of F you's ! HILARIOUS!

Posted a watch on Kijiji, received a text from this number 323-835-1550, saying was in hospital and was interested, wanted to send money to pay pal but believed it was real, and gave bank info, thank God my bank told me it wasn't a big deal, people give their personal info all the time.. not much they can do... I received a text message saying transfer was done, and that for the payment to process I would have to ship item...Seriously...I hope people dont make the mistake I did, Google number first ALWAYS

Same here, posted an add on craigslist and the person said she was sick in a hospital in LA and wanted me to ship the item to them after receiving a wire transfer. Do not do business with this person!

Yep... someone sick in a Los Angeles hospital who needs computer components, and they need your bank info in order to send money into the bank account. Nigerian Scam.
