This is the first call I have received from this person/company.  I don't understand how these telemarketers get our phone # since we are on a "do not call" registry.

I have received calls from this person, also.  They ask for my husband , but then want to talk to me. I hang up, as it is obviously a scam.  I have received more scam calls and emails than every before over the past 6 months or so. I think many of these numbers are given out through Publisher's Clearing House entry.  I don't know where else they would get the name, phone and email.

Never a reply on the other end.  Received several calls today.

I have been getting messages from this guy for the last two weeks, finally answered it and he ask for my husband too...then ask if I could talk about our financial dealings. I said yes...then he went on the ask about our visa and master cards...told he we had neither...he hung up...totally a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am getting this same name and number and when I tried to call back disconnected.  They keep asking for Scott and I tried to say there is no Scott and please stop calling they hung up.  Jerks.

Very annoyed by this caller- called twice today. when  I asked why the ID showed up as Gladys Rolon, the guy hung up.

Yes I received a call with caller id Gladys Rolon with this California #, but it was Ryan from East Valley Financial in Tempe AZ with some exciting news about being qualified for lower interest rates on our credit cards.  When I told him this was an illegal practice he, of course, immediately hung up.

My husband  recieved  three calls today about lowering interest.  Caller Id read Gladys Rolon 323 846 0428.  My husband didn't fall for this and said I wasn't available.

mine was from Adrian Williams... same crap.  no sense in complaining to the useless do-not-call list; they only take action if the action is from law enforcement.  read the web site.

I just got one from this same Gladys Rolan, same number.  I am on the Do Not Call List as well.
Of course they didn't leave a message.....

just got a call from gladys.  She claims to be with  some bank, whatever.  I hung up when she asked if I am allowed on my husbands credit card accounts.  reported her to the do not call reg.   ps the dropdown list for type of call should include invalid/scam as an option!!

I get this number on my caller id.  Says its a call from Gladys Rolon.  I don't answer it

i got the call twice- once yesterday and one time today. i don't pickup unrecognized calls unless they leave message for me. Still wondering who is calling though!

ALL WEEK thus far I have received at least three calls a day from 323-846-0428 and our service provider is showing the call coming from Adrian Williams.  I'm reporting this to Nebraska AG Office.  Many thanks to everyone who previously posted their experience(s).

Keep getting calls from this number and nobody will speak. When redialed the number comes up disconnected.

Yeah, I got that calls from Gladys Rolon, number is 323-846-0428. When I saw that name, sounds like the cartoon character's wife whose named Gladys from "Born Loser"...

I am not sure what's the call is about, I simplify will not answer those unknown person of interest, but will answer to people who I know.

strange calls from this # with no message left., when tried to call back:  message said:  this # has been disconnected.  full of crap

They have called me eight times in the past two days.  I have not answered and will not answer so they might as well stop trying.

These jerks call several times a day-usually ask for husband then hang up.Few minutes ago got call-I asked if we did business with them-he hesitated then said not to his knowledge but could reduce my credit card interest-blah blah. Told him to NEVER call our number again! Registered complaint with do not call registry.

First time they tried to call me was last evening @ 5:09PM EST call coming supposedly from an Adrian Williams (323) 846-0428 according to my service provider. Little do they know we unplugged are phone and have not used it in months due to the amount of calls we were getting from unknown solicitors from coast to coast. They can keep calling me until the moon turn to Swiss cheese but one thing is for sure we will never, ever, ever answer. My wife and I use e-mail or cellphones from now on. Something needs to be done!

Im sick of getting calls from this number. I am on a deaf plan, and have to wait for voicemails to be transcribed into text messages. They never leave any, but Im getting called at least 4 times a day by them.

Recieved several calls from this number.  The first on sounded like a drunk woman and the second one was from a man clearly asking for my husband.  I asked them to stop calling my number but they continue to call.  The number has been traced to an Adrian Williams, 544 W 41st Street, Los Angeles, CA 90037.  When I call the number back, it says it has been disconnected.  I don't know who these people are but I am reporting this as a scam call.

I have been getting calls from 323-846-0428. I don't have any outstanding debt and these people are trying to force some sort of lower interest rate on me, and I do not want them to call me any longer.

OMG. I have been getting the same caller. I googled to try and find out the deal, and got several hits, but checking this chat I can see that others are getting the same caller. I have not been answering and no one has left a message. Well, how interesting this is, I think I will call the NC Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I'm on the do not call list for this type stuff.
