I got a call from this (323) 851-5076 today on my private cellular number that I give only to friends and family. When I call back the number, I get a messages stating "The department of investigation is not accepting any messages" then the call disconnects.

I received a phone call from a Kimberly King  from this same  ph#. Stating  she does not want to serve the person she is looking for but will be forced to do so if they do not contact "the firm" at (8666958927). It is obviously someone  who has gotten hold to a scheme of preying people to believe they have an outstanding debt from over 5yrs ago. When I called thetoll free number a guy (Pacific Financial)stated the debt is from 2007 and its from an online payday loan.  When  asked who is the  originating creditor who told me Partner Weekly. Immediately checked all 3 credit reports no such debt owed or inquiry made on my credit reports.   Allll bogus!!  Do not provide these people with any of your info. Always check your credit reports!!  Also when I called back the  323 851 5076 the number rings busy immediately.

Lisa North from Robert James and Associates contacted my employer, and got pissed when my manager would not provide her with any information.  Told my manager she would be held in contempt for "impeding her investigation" as they were preparing to file charges against me.  My manager freaked out of course, but because I work for law enforcement, no one is allowed to divulge ANY information on our employees.  Ms North then THREATENED to come to my job and "camp out" so that she could "serve" me.  I don't appreciate these kind of (illegal) scare tactics, and I'm HOPING the wench shows up.  I got an butt-whipping waiting for her.
