Absolutely relentless. We have NO debt. That are using a name that can't possibly be a real name. This ruthless and unethical company calls at all hours and on multiple numbers. Will not believe you when you say you are not the person they want and are rude and insistent. We have a very ill person in the house and this is stressing us all out. Can't ANYONE shut them down????  There are posts all over on various numbers about their illegal, heartless behavior. I guess it's time for a class action suit.

At first I was really scared to answer, and then one day the phone rang and I was so scared that I was running to the bathroom to lock myself in so they wouldn't hear me and I tripped over one or two of my cats( I have ten of them in my apartment) and my shoes and glasses fell off. I was so mortified that they must've heard me because I heard them talking after there was some loud beep, they said I had won a major cash prize, I was so excited, that when I went to tell my friend I accidentally locked myself out in the hall wearing only my pajamas. My poor kitties were starving and my shoes and glasses were still inside. Owwwh.

The collectors are allowed a daily 13 hour call window beginning at 08:00 in your time zone, unless told otherwise. Cathy might have had multiple violations to use against Pinnacle based on the earliest and latest hour calls. Her time limit to sue for these violations and damages for understandable emotional distress expired two or three months ago.

She needed to make her demands in writing, either a debt validation request or a cease-comm depending respectively on whether or not Pinnacle was holding a debt claim with her name on it. But maybe no one helped in time and she never learned her rights.

Don't let this happen to you. Get friendly with the FDCPA, the federal law which regulates third party collector behavior and provides you simple tools for your own defense. Calls and leaves no message or just hangs up.

Rec'd call from 325-480-1653, caller ID shows TEXAS CALL.  Asked who it was, and a female said PINNACLE FINANCIAL GROUP.

When I answered the call they said some number or something like that real fast and then hung up. When I called them back it was some financial group but I couldn't understand the name of it.

This number and also ones that are similiar to this keep calling my home.  The calls come between 7 am and 10 pm any given day of the week.  I have a sister-in-law dying from cancer and also my son works midnighs so he sleeps during the day.  These calls are annoying and very upsetting.  I called it back to no avail.  Please help.  I need to stop these calls.

Keep getting calls from this number...early morning to early evening...never leave a message...I'm disabled and its a challenge to get to the phone to answer calls I need to take....and by the time I get to the phone they've hung up.
