Didn't bother to pick up anything coming in as 'EBSCO Teles....'  I filled in the blank mentally with 'teleservice'. Glad I didn't pick up and instead punched it in to see if there was any complaints behind it. Holy Moly! Big list on this one.

I get calls from these people at least twice a day but never answer.  My phone is set to not ring so I never hear them call until it goes to the answering machine.  If this is indeed a magazine company, as some have said, I am NEVER going to answer.  Almost three decades ago I went to Australia for three months.  When I got back I had hundreds of dollars charged to my credit card for magazines I didn't order.  The credit card company stopped payment and didn't charge me, but I still had to deal with the magazine people.  They said they had a recording of me ordering the magazines.  I said I wanted to hear it and waited on hold -- for 45 minutes.  I wasn't going to hang up and let them off the hook.  When they came back with their so-called recording, it was them laying out the terms of buying their crapload of magazines that I didn't want, then "me" saying, "Mmm Hhhh."  I "answered" twice.  Nothing I did would stop them from sending me the magazines and trying to collect for them.  I even sent them a copy of the page in my passport that showed where I was on the day they said I made the order.  Nope.  I finally hired a lawyer to write them a letter.  That FINALLY got them off my back.  So, if this Ebsco bunch are trying to sell me magazines, they're barking up the wrong tree.

You could also block their number if your phone has a block feature.  Or assign a "no ring" tone so their calls go to voicemail, but you don't have to hear the ringing.  Or get a call blocker - you can get a good one for $60 or less (just Google "call blockers").

I receive a phone call every single day from EBSCO TELESERVIC #330-492-2913.  It shows on my phone and they don't miss calling me.  I answered one time and they wanted to know why I hadn't responded to the offer from Southwest Art magazine renewal offer.  I told them that I no longer wanted to subscribe to the magazine and if I did, I would not do it over the phone. They continued to question me about why I didn't like the offer. It had nothing to do with the offer. I just didn't want the magazine.  Since that time, I have not answered the calls, but I am very very tired of this company continuing this daily. I wouldn't even consider getting the magazine now because this is harassment!  I am on the DO NOT CALL list but I still get this stuff and all the groups that want me donate money to charitable organizations.  Again, I don't do this over the phone. I don't know how to stop this. Take the phone out, I guess.

All well and good but someone is using your system to make obscene phone calls., I called and asked to be put on the Do Not Call list.

Please do not call 615.890.8293 anymore.  I get at least one call a day, and some days I get two calls a day.  I have caller id, and I do not answer calls from people or services I do not legitimately know.  

We are constantly receiving these phone calls, sometimes two or three a day.  They are even calling on the weekends.
We don't answer them because when we don't recognize the number we don't answer it because we always believe it's probably a telemarketer and if we do answer usually there is no one there.  I want these calls to stop but I'm not spending my time calling this company back.

They call frequently during the week.  We do not answer.  You would think they would not waste their time calling the same number so often if they don't get an answer!

Why this number 330-492-2913 call and bother people  day and night, weekday or weekend ?
regardless there has sick  people or not.  There must have some authority from the government
to catch and stop them under the low.

They've been calling us for almost a year now... no one answers when we pick up. We reported their number to the
"DO NOT CALL" agency.  Still get their calls. Just filed a complaint.  Everyone should do the same to get their attention.

Maybe their automatic self-call system probrally malfunction/broken and they did not know about it.

It's Sunday, Memorial Day weekend, and I'm still getting calls from Ebsco 330 492 2913, even after telling them over and over to stop calling me.  And after calling them again today, and speaking to Laura the night shift supervisor again, she doesn't know why they are still calling me and she will call "over there" again.   I feel so much better now since the first time she called "over there" was so much help, and the next time and the next time and the time brandon called over there too.   can you at hemmings motor news "call over" there as well?   i think it's terrible that a good company like Hemmings would employ a so called information company like Ebsco just to harrass people.  And it's Memorial Day Weekend.   And I'm a vet.   Thanks Hemmings.  Thanks Ebsco.   Memorial Day weekend should mean something more to you people than a chance to make money because people are home.

Take my number off list

They can be calling about ANY magazine that you ever subscribed too.  They look up your phone number and call it EVEN if your phone number is not on record with the magazine and strangely in my case, EVEN if the magazine company does not have a relationship with Ebsco.

Beware that they might try to convince you that your subscription is running out even if you have renewed it lately directly through the magazine, so be sure that you know what you have resubscribed for already.  Also, check subscription prices.  In the case of my magazine, Ebso prices were 50% higher.

My advice, answer the call, politely decline, AND ask to have your number removed from their list.

they called back again.   so now i complained to Hemmings Motor News to tell them  Ebsco keeps calling back again and again even though i've told them not to call me.     donotcall list?   HA.   I'm on it anyway, yes, it's current.  they can't do anything.   what a joke

don't bother w/ the do not call or the FFC.   Best is to call them back and just keep them on the line.   Doesn't matter what they say or the reasons (automatic dialer shouldn't have called) or whatever, just keep asking questions, sound scarced or harassed and ask for the supervisor, the CEO office, who's in charge, etc.  they try to apologize and say it won't happen again but it does.  just keep them on the line and talking.   if they are talking to you, they can't be calling and selling to someone else.   if you keep them online for 15 to 20 minutes, that's probably about 100 calls they can't make.   gets expensive to pay people that are online talking and apologizing but can't be selling.

Call for renewing a magazine subscription. You may as well answer the call and tell them no or renew so they will stop calling.
