Ron calls and when I answer, he just breaths into the phone then hangs up. He calls anonymously, but my phone system picks up his number. When I call him back, he identifies himself as Ron but does not provide a mailing address or company he represents. I filled a complaint with the FTC about this guy and advise you do the same.
