Had the same experience as Simone. Male caller who stated he was calling from "JP Physician Recruiting". He said he needed to verify my information from an online job site and stated this call would be recorded for quality assurance. Asked if I was currently employed...then asked if I was over 18...then asked for my birthdate-. I said I don't give that info out over the phone and asked if he could send me the info- aggressively replied "no" and immediately he hung up. MAJOR SCAM- DO NOT GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!

If you call it back, wait for the recording to come on, press 9 and then enter your phone number then press # it will take you off of their call list. I get these stupid calls all of the time and I know I never took somr survey for job opportunities. Hope that helps.

This is some kind of phishing scam.
Wouldn't answer any questions I asked. Very evasive and slightly aggressive.
Claimed that I took a survey and indicated that I wanted to find a job online. I stated that I didn't remember taking a survey and asked what the survey was. The rep then repeated that I took a survey, to which I said again that I didn't think I did. He then claimed that I took an online survey for a "Walmart gift card or something" and demanded my birthday to get the job application process started. Told him that I wouldn't give him that information and he said thank you and goodbye really quickly and hung up.
