Just received a call from this number. Caller said he was a cousin. According to his voice, he is of Latino decent around 20-40 yrs of age. I informed him that I was aware of his scams and he hung up. Please call your local authorities ASAP if this happens to you. It appears that this individual preys on people who are Spanish speaking and have LAN lines.

el dia 11 de nov de 2013 recibi una llamada de este numero 331-530-3400  preguntandome por mi sobrino, el motivo era estorcionarme ya que yo no tengo sobrinos y el nombre que me dio es de la persona que rentaba antes este lugar, es por eso que me di cuenta rapidamente del objetivo de este tipo. tengan cuidado.

He was talking in English and wanted to talk to my mom he said my moms name so i asked what this was about since my mom doesn't speak good English then after me asking him like two times he said "Its about me wanting to have sex with you" so i said "You're stupid" and i hung up.

He claimed to be a distant relative of my grandpa and basically when questioned by my aunt for further information about him he hung up. Tried calling him back the calls wouldn't go through. He claimed he got in an accident and had travelers checks saying that he would pay us back. When my aunt called me back again I had googled the number and saw this.

My wife just received a call from this number: the same thing: talking in Spanish saying that since we moved to Canada she does not remember his family from the US and he wanted her to guess his name, good thing that mi wife and I know this type of scams since we lived in Mexico and down there it happens all the time so she didn't give any info.Once my wife said that she needed a full name and a location from where he was calling the b*****d cut the call.

this guy just called my mom saying he was my cousin from El Salvador ( he made her guess his name) and that he was coming to visit ,he was making a transfer in Mexico said he would call tomorrow from the airport.
when she told me, i told her not to take any calls from this number again and not to take any calls that are similar. Im sure that tomorrows call would be some where along the lines of " im stuck in mexico and need money "or some thing like that .
