Some Mexican dude called and said he was my cousin and asked to speak to my brother then he spoke to my brother and told him he was his nephew. Said I was his cousin and my brother was his uncle. Ha. Dumbass.

Just received a call from this number , caller in Spanish stated he was my cousin (who actually lives in the nearby town) He stated he was driving down from Washington and wanted to stop and say hi.

My husband received a call from the same number.

A few minutes ago I received a called from someone claiming to be my nephew. He was driving from
Florida to Norh Carolina and he wanted to see us. I do not have nephews and I reported this called to
the police.

My dad received a call from someone claiming to be a relative.... basically the same story as the other posts.

Yesterday I was woken up by a Spanish speaking male, asking me straight in Spanish how I was, that he knew I call and visit south america, etc.pretending to be a relative or a close friend. I asked several times who he was and I said I'll hang up and then he started crying telling me that he was calling to tell me that my sister past away that morning! I asked who? he said "your older sister, she was in the hospital" I told him right then "you are a thief and lier" and he start swearing but I hung up on him. Scary how they got my number and know where I call and where I live.

Someone called my grandmother this morning they got some personal information, saying that he was a nephew and needed money to be granted bail. My grandmother said she had no money and they hanged up. We already reported it to the police

my wife also got a call from this person, he wanted us to pick him up from the airport, my wife by mitake give him her cell, then he call again to her cell and she confronted him and he hang up! we already reported this to the police!

I got call from a guy with a latin american accent. he said that he's a family member. there was too much background noise and i asked him who he was and insulted me then hanged up.

I got a call from someone on May 18th, around 19:45 in p.m. ( a male voice ), speaking Spanish with a Mexican accent or Central American calling me by my family name and mentioned the city where I live. This person identified himself as a relative from my family. This person said his coming to my place tomorrow and ask me to pick him up from the airport. We got the phone number from our phone provider call display. I" sure they are THIEFS!!!!!

Got a call on May 13 before 8 AM. Someone (a male voice) speaking Spanish with Latin American accent asked for me by my first name. I answered in English and asked who he was. Hen he asked me "you no speak Spanish?" and I asked again, in English, who he was. He then hanged up the phone. There was a heavy background noise.

I just got a call from a Latin American accent individual identifying himself as a relative needing cash sent to him, after I said you are not who you said you are hanged up. Thiefs!!!

i just got a call from someone who said : hello aunt, with colombian accent it is not mexican.

1st of may 2013,today I got a call from someone who pretending  to be my nephew, I let him talk and after a minute I told him that he had a strong  mexican accent and he was not my nephew.  Then he hang up.

Latin American accent identifying himself as a "family member living outside Canada" and "coming in the next few hours, asking to pick him up at the airport"... As soon as I ask his name, hanged up... We got the phone number from our phone provider call display.
