Once again, another robocall from one of these numbers.  Don't know about everyone else, but I get countless numbers of these stupid calls from numbers all over the country.  Usually I don't answer and/or they don't say anything.  In this case, it was the infamous 'free cruise'.  Think I'll take photos with Dave above to let you all know the cruise goes ;)

As I posted earlier - You can call them at 561-279-3713. That is the number they call you from if you go through their little b***s*** exercise.

Yeah, sure. Call it and find out for yourself. The way they answe the phone should be proof enough even for you.

Tried to call the number back to tell them to take me off of their calling list.  Got a message that their mailbox is full. What a freaken joke!!!!!!!!!!!!

What the person that said that the "do not call list" is useless meant, is that violators fear no reprisals for violating the statutes of the list.  It was billed as a "sign up for this, don't receive telemarketer calls" list.   We signed up,  we still receive telemarketer calls.   We don't expect the SWAT team, army, monitors...   We did expect to sign up and have a system in place where violators were fined, thus discouraged from calling us.   Instead, we have a list with no teeth.  Nothing happens to violators.  If there were an agency to enforce it, with fines; the fines would fund the agency and the idea of the list would work.   But it won't work just hoping that telemarketers will abide by it.

They also called me, I didn't answer since I didn't recognize the number and they didn't leave a message. Scammers. Hopefully, others don't fall for the 'good fortune' of winning an all expense paid vacation.

Um...you're just as much of a sucker if you think these calls are actually coming from ALABAMA! So, DON'T blame Red States; which, by the way, my liberal slanted friends, are the ONLY states left that believe in our Bill of Rights. REALLY? The Liberal Agenda is what gives criminals and scumbags the ability to screw innocent people because their more concerned about the "Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness" of a rapist or murderer than someone who works their butt off everyday for a living. Sure, let's have gun control so only the police and the criminals have guns now! GOOD IDEA! And, by the way, I live in the biggest Liberal SUCK UP state in the Union-Massachusetts. Our tax dollars are paying for the sex change of a convicted murderer because his civil rights are being violated because he believes he's supposed to be a woman. Fine with me, but why do I have to pay for it? Did he give a CRAP about his WIFE'S right to LIFE when he bludgeoned her? People like that should have their rights checked at the door once they get convicted. I guess we'll be paying for some woman's breast implants because she believes she should have been born with larger breasts next? I hate "Blue States", they're the reason this country sucks now....

You're right!  If you expect it to monitor and screen your calls for you, along with the other over 500 million telephones in the US as well as the over 1 billion 500 million calls made to and from these telephones each day, then decide which calls you do or do not want to accept,  and then make a decision whether to let it pass or Block it with a call blocker,   that doesn't exist,  then you are correct....it's worthless.
It's just "A LIST"  that people sign up on,  that is required to be purchased by legitimate and registered with the FTC,  Telemarketers.  No Call Blocker for all of those telephones,  no army of government paid workers who monitor each and every call made and received,  and no SWAT team to trace,  chase,  and take down every unwanted caller that someone wants hung by the neck until dead.    Just a list.

Got a call from this number at 11 a.m. today (Monday, 8/12/2013). Did not recognize the number and no message was left.

Unwanted call

Funny I have visited this area (Alabama) many times for business. I guess someone sold my number to this agency. Basically the call says I won a free free cruise for two to the Bahamas, and all I would have to to is take the survey. I hung up after that since this was to obvious this was some kind of scam.

My work cell phone was called by 334-202-8434 on 8/11/13 @3:36m.  My cell number is on the do not call list.  I googled the number since I didn't recognize it and it came up with Achmed's Travel Agency and Grill - won Bahamas cruise spam  call per others who answered the call.  I did not and they left no message.

Jerry, hate to tell you, but your response is on par with those that just called you and me. It's a scam and they are making money off of you, doesn't matter if you are Red or Blue. Until we act as one, these dirtbags will continue to exploit the system. Ask your local representive to prove to us that they can do something, anything, to justify the job we sent them to do in Washinghton!

You can call them at 561-279-3713. If you try to call the number they called you from you will get a full mailbox message. Call them at the number I provided and tell them to stop calling you. Do it 10 times to annoy them too.
