Has called me repeatedly and when I pressed one to be connected to someone to tell them to add me to the do not call list the B**** told me to stop wasting her time and hung up on me. I am wasting her time?!

So this number has repeatedly called me. Finally today I answered, it is an automated woman declaring that she can lower my interest rates on the credit cards I have. (I DO NOT HAVE ANY!!!) So I wait for her schpeel to be done and it gives me one option and one only. Press 1 to talk to a representative.. NO @ TO BE TAKEN OFF THE CALL LIST. So I press one and tell the woman that I wish to be on the do not call list, and she says, (be ready for this) "Maam you need to press 2 you are wasting my time." I AM WASTING HER TIME? ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!

The 855 number if called and blocked, they have device that unblocks your number. The idiots will call back from different 800 numbers andsay they received call. Sometimes they say scs and others they play dumb and say consumer rewards, Their employee gave me their website. They act like they ate your credit card company or a law firm. Almost always state card services as their name. You can google Ftc Rachel robocalls and they can face serious charges. Lance's wife Lisa Palmer had company , Lower Interest Rate Consilting in the same building they operate out of now. She must have got scared and shut it down. I found a craigslist ad for them and called. Same exact location and Rafael stated they robocall and was to lower interest rate. Stated suite number had a different name and to come in for interview. $9 per hour and $500 per sale. Also dumb because for employment ads cl makes you pay a fee. Pass all this info around and it is well researched and accurate, Will work tomorrow on getting his home address, In Orlando, Longwood, Fl area, They operate out of three story building. Others involved and I will do what I can to pass on all the information about these crooks. Fl. Oag notified and Longwood, Fl Police.

Correct. The girl told me the alabama area code number was south carolina. Little do they know, I know they are in Florida. In fact I sent a letter to their telemarketing facility in Lomgwood, fl. addressed to the owner Lance Palmer. They are returning it. Their losted registered agent in Miami signed for.it. I also sent a letter to a** at amother address that is a UPS box. I sent one email to him fron his website that was also returned undeliverable. I have stopped answering my home phone but i find it a little more difficult to stop answering my cell phone.  I do business all over the country and have to answer my cell phone.  They seem to spoof different numbers all the time so apps to block numbers are of limited value.      

They called me again today.  I want to and WILL KILL these b*****ds once I find out who they are. The FTC isn't doing their job and these scumbags keep harassing us behind spoofed numbers. It is time for violence. It is time to take them out for good. Lets all find them and KILL them.

"Lower your credit card rate" change numbers frequently.  They have called me using over 8 different telephone numbers.  I report them to the gov "Do not call list" and then a new number pops up fromthem.

Call from this number on my CELL; ID showed "alabama caller." Don't know anybody there, so I didn't answer. No message left. Don't tell me.....let me guess: It's good ol' Rachel from Card Services!!!!! Those scumbags just never quit........

I don't answer them anymore, but if you like talking to them tell them to hold on because you are in bed with their mother and she does some real crazy things. That pisses them off.

Card Services scam. Was called at 1:36pm, pressed 1 to be connected to live person. When I was connected I played mary had a little lamb using dialtones. The telemarketer called me a "f**got" and a "loser" then pressed his phone buttons while he laughed.

If you know all this then report it to the FTC & CFB..

They don't buy numbers from anyone, these scammers use illegal wardialing equipment that calls every number, number by number, in a given area code and prefix.

Sure it won't do any good, but when they call me and I make the mistake of answering, I will talk to them, get real friendly, then tell them I will blow there f-ing head off. When they ask if this is a threat, I tell them its a promise. Go ahead and report their illegal acts and my response.

Fyi if you call the number I am providing (you even blocking your number) they have your number. They will call back from a toll free number that is spoofed. I spoke with a supervisor with the company who stated no identifyinginfo at all who denies knowing the company. When he is the one that returned my call from the number on the website.(even though he called from a different number). He said he would look into my number and get back with me. The website is
