This "NO NAME" phone # keeps calling my cell phone and wasting my minutes.  When  I answer it just beeps.  Very annoying.

This # is a # from Lincoln Financial Insurance sending a fax.

This number called 5 times in 10 minutes and all it does is beep, like it is a fax.  I tried to call it back but it says the number is disconnected.
