this number called saturday, nov 2 about 3:00, no message - I googled desktop and a friend had previously sent an alert in 08/08 about this # calling, trying to obtain bank info, that this # is frequently used for scamming.

Keep getting this call about once a day. Very annoying. They don't leave messages and no one is there when you pick up.

Okay quys, this call is cominq from someone usinq VO-iP. Which is a service used to make free calls from a computer, ipod touch, or any windows mobile/skype, or platform that allows callinq via internet. The reason as to why many people are qettinq this call is because some people, when they reqister, put in their so called, "real", phone number. But, most put in fake. The MAIN reason, is because this number is also an International Business that sell many products: One beinq additional minutes for Internet Callinq. I hope this helps you all,

call came in and no says a thing or will leave a message.  these calls will annoy the heck out of you.

answered the call this morning, they tried to act like they were from the Red Cross wanting to schedule a donation.  called the number back with no answer after 15 rings.

I a call from (336) 438-3263 and nobody said anything.

calls all the time even on Saturday @ 8:00 am and never says a word, when calling back the call gets rejected

whoever owns that number keeps on calling me several times a day.  i answered it a couple of times, thinking it was someone i needed, because i live in the area of that "336" area code.  there is no one once i answer the call and it's getting annoying.  I saved it as spam and ignore it from then on.  but i still get calls from this number.

I was testing with Skype and this is the number that was in the caller ID of the SkypeOut call to my cell phone. Are your Moms using Skype?

This Number is on my caller i.d ,frequently.
Whenever we pick up and say Hello -at least 3 times -still, NO answer-No answer???????? but The Number keeps calling week after week,glad to know

The mother to my Son from Canada called me today using this number.  Not sure how she got it but she has access to anything she wants.

Its a china gold farmer for video games..

They called me and asked me for my checking account number that someone had bought something using my name.  And they new my name.  I said no, then they called me a name and hung up.

on my caller id.Noone ever answered.

I have receive two or three calls from this number and there is never anyone on the other end.

What's really odd is I get a call from this number and answer it and it's my mom and this isnt' her nubmer. She doesn't even live in NC.

I live in Orange County, NC next county over from Alamance. I received a call from this 336 number this morning which I didn't answer. No message left. Googled the number to see who it is calling me at 8am on a Saturday without even leaving a message, and found this. The next thing I'm googling is to find if there's a way to block certain numbers.

The call came in at 11:30 AM (EST) and asked for my husband. (Said his first and last name). It was a woman and she had a foreign accent, but spoke very good English. I could here people in the background and they were speaking a foreign language. I told her he wasn't here, which he really wasn't at the time. And all she said was, ok-thank you. Haven't heard back since....the caller ID had Intl. Number with 438-3263 on it. (No area code or intl. code.) All our numbers on caller ID show up with an area code...

Man with an Indian accent asked for my husband and hung up when I said he wasn't home.

Me 2, an east indian calling about online education, he's relentless, calls repeatedly no matter what tone i use n order 2 tell him not 2 call

Received call at 9:57pm on 10/27/08.  
Caller ID displayed Intl #336-438-3263.  No message was left.  VERY annoying as I was already asleep.

I just confirme, this is a Skype caller, when a Skype user attempted to call you (and you are locat to NC) the projected number-3364383263- will appear. This Skype user is either a pay per use Skype user or they are international... hope this helps... its a masking number, so, if you are expectiong a call from someone using Skype, and you live in the Triad, NC area, this number may appear on your caller ID.

This number is someone calling using Skype.  Impossible to trace.

This number calls our office about 20 times a day.  Sometimes no one is on the other line.  Other times it's someone wanting information about our apartment community.
