Received a phone call from this number. No voice message left.

I used to work for them. You may be on a do not call list somewhere but you have to say these words "put me on your do not call list" then and only then are they legally obligated to take you off. Saying dont call me again dosent work. Its in their perfect legal right to keep calling unless you say those words. It can however take up to 30 days for it to go into full effect once on the list. As far as talking to a floor manager that dosent really help.. Like i said they are in legal right to do it unless you take those actions. Hope this helps i just randomly seen these post and thought i might help you guys out.

I have gotten three calls from this number.  When I answer - nothing.  When I call the number back, it does a strange 3 bell ring and then automatically terminates my call.  I have vitriolic thoughts for this caller and would like to know who it is, and why.

To be removed from this insane calling list you need to call  1-800-750-1738-choose option 6 to be removed: however you will be told that it will take 30 days to be removed from the call list, that was not going to cut it for me, so I asked to ask for the floor manager or the compliance manager and ask them to remove me from the list TODAY!   Keeping my fingers crossed that it will work.

I keep getting calls on my cell phone.  Finally I called 1-800-750-1738 and hit 6.  They will transfer you to a live body who will agree to take you off of the list.  When I questioned him about their unsavory practices, he said he didn't know anything about it.  Doesn't pay to blast him like I wanted to.  Just stop the calls!  We will see.

I get calls from this number almost every single day. When I pick up (or try to call back), no one is on the line. They also occasionally leave me voicemails with nothing on them. It's really irritating.

being on a do not call list doesn't help people! it never has!!!! just change your numbers bc eventually this will escalate.

Unknown caller - number on DO NOT CALL LIST

this number contacts me several times a day (3 times today and 2 times on saturday) . Im on the do not call list . they want to sell insurance. when asked not to call got a reply i asked for the information ?

I have received calls from this # several times!!

Every day this week they have called my cell number and hang up

I've also gotten several calls from this number in the last few weeks. Left no message . After searching online I see that I'm not the only one experiencing annoyance.

This number keeps calling my cell number and I don't have unlimited minutes.

I have received calls from this number and I am on the DO NOT call list.  They will not talk or leave a message.

I keep getting calls from this number on my (limited use) cell phone.  When I answer there is a dead line, which leaves me to believe it is some kind of solicitation -- a computer generated call.  I am on the do not call lists, and find this very frustrating.  What can be done?

I received a call April 8 at 5:16 from someone at this number (336-474-8955) wanting to sell health insurance.  I told her not to ever call this number again as it is a cell with limited minutes.  I have a missed call from this number again today at 11:50.

I believe that is an Assurant Health number and it is a sales call for healthcare insurance products.
