IF you get a call from this phone number -- PLEASE report this immediately to your local Police Department IMMEDIATELY. This is consider telephone harassment and it is also consider as a misdemeanor  and a felony.

I keep getting calls from this number through AARP and they only ID themselves as United Healthcare and want information even though they already have my number and name.  As noted by other comments I believe this is a scam and should be reported to your states attorney general and to Medicare.

Recieved a cal from 336 541 7630l they stated they are affiliated with united health care
United Health Care called the number no answer
United indicated they are not aware of this company being affiliated with UHC
UHC suggested treat the call as a scam and provide no information

I got a call from this number on 09/25/13. When I called it back 2 mins later I got a recording saying the number had been disconnected. Sounds like a scam.

It's a scam they pretend their from your insurance company and they find a way to get your medicare number so they charge Medicare for phoney prescriptions through their scam pharmacy.

I do not know where he came from but his customer services was very very bad and his behavior was very very inappropriate.

IF you get a call from this guy and from this phone number. THEN report this to your ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE that you represent AND also report them to the Center For Medicare Services as well.

I received a call from from (336)541-7630 on March 4th, 2008 at 9:49am Pacific time. I have caller ID, so I did not answer, but looked this number up and found your website. I am also on the do not call list.

I received a call from (336)541-7630, they said they were from Prescription Solutions, and they gave me a number of (800)562-6223 to call them back, and that IS the number to Prescription Solutions.  Hope this is helpful.

It's Prescription Solutions Specialty Pharmacy. They are also affiliated with United Health Care (UHC) Health Insurance. They shouldn't be calling you unless you're a patient.

Out of the Blue call from this number... Rejected.

Missed calls.  I had no direct contact with them.  However, I do know that my phone number used to be the number for a medical center.  Therefore, it seems likely that 336-541-7630 is still some sort of medical supplier or contact.
