This clown obviously think people are as stupid as his himself and his ad.  I started to let the process of his scam game go through and beat his delivery partners in crime with a sack of flour. I received the same ad. But what red flagged me was, I NEVER communicated with him before until he just out of no where, says he's willing to agree with the price when I never discussed price with him in the beginning. For those of you who are selling items on Craig's list, you might consider doing as I have and and go to Office Depot and purchase a money marker. I sold an item not long ago to a gentleman. Before he just handed me the money and walk away, I asked him if he would mind letting me strike each bill with my maker in front of him. He acted as if I should trust him as if we were related. Little does he know, some relatives, I would do the same thing,. Buyers, just beware!!!!

I just got a email from the same number. A guy called Derek. He also offer me $20.00 for saving the item for him. He would sent me a certified check and order some kind of mover/pick up thing. I responded by saying that I only deal localy and cash only.

i believe this caller may be trying to scam me on craigs list offering the asking price plus additional money paid by cashiers check and delivered by courier, in exchange for my name, mailing address and phone number.  i don't think so
