Hi, I have been getting calls from this number for about 4 or 5 days now.  Yes, they start at 8am PDT and they do not leave a message.  The caller-id says "Greensboro, NC".  Is this a solicitor, collection co, or political org?  Not sure.

Even if it is a collection company, all that would do would be PISS ME OFF to where i would NEVER answer it!

I was told (after being put on hold) that they "aren't allowed to say who they are [in the recorded messages] because Bank of America owns several other credit card companies that go by other names and they must stay 'transparent' to those customers."
In my case, the representative could not determine why I was being called - an auto-pay program is in effect, AND while I was on the phone with them, their auto-caller called me again!!

Got my first call from this # today on my Cell Phone (which is on the Do Not Call list).  They hung up and left no message.  I'm not late or behind on any bills either so it shouldn't be collections.  I can't stand Bank of America!  That shouldn't be able to randomly call customers.

Got a call from it today and every day for the past week.  I answer and an automated voice says "this is card services, please call us back at...." and leaves a phone number to call.  I tried calling it back and I was on hold for 10 minutes before I just got mad and hung up.  It IS Bank of America, though.  I figured that out when I was on hold for 10 minutes listening to the voice talk about card services for BOA.  Ridiculous!

It's Bank of America! They are stupid! I have an automatic payment drafted from my account every month and they still call me!!!!!! It's a dumb automated system! They call up to 4 times a day!!!!! Call back and give them hell, I just did and the calls are "supposed" to stop!

This company bother so much.
they don't have anything else to do.

I have been getting the calls, I finally called them back at it is Bank of America Card Services.

I just got one today, but nobody said anything and I hung up.  I have nothing past due so I do not know why this would be a collections call as someone has previously suggested.  I attempted to call the number back, but it states there is a problem in calling the number back.

Getting those calls too, even if I answer the phone they hang-up.

I believe it's from Bank of America in Greensboro, NC.  I'm not sure of what department; however, if they are calling you that many times a day.  Between the hours of 8am-8pm it is a collections call.

Same, up to 12x a day. I answered once or twice but it was a dead silence for several seconds which indicates a computer-generated call waiting for an operator to come online. So I hung up, and don't waste minutes answering anymore. When I check the number it says Greensboro NC, and they call at all hours. It's a business phone number so I can't put it on the do not call list. These guys should be fined.

I got the call today at 8:30 AM and all I heard was "Hello" a couple of times.  The call ended in 8945

I'm getting them too - same MO sometimes the number is 8946

I've had calls that started around 8 in the morning til about 4 or 5 in the evening. They never left a message.

I got a call from this number and caller ID said Card Services. When I called back it turned out to be a collection agency. Funny thing was it was linked to another number that called me: 407-000-6666 that called a little while after that one called and when you call that number it says your call cannot be completed as dialed. Also said I could go to www.myeasypayment.com to make a payment but the page could not be displayed. But we dont owe anything. So I guess Im gonna do what another person said on here is to document the numbers and get a lawsuit going against them and all other collectors who call me. Turns out that you can sue them even if you owe money. If your on the do not call list, they are NOT allowed to call you!! Everyone needs to help stop these calls and get your sue on!! Lets put an end to these knobs.

I have also received several calls from that # and she left a message. Her name is Elizabeth and she was calling for Devon. She said there were "options" to discuss......?

They call my cell phone everyday about three times a day. I answer the phone and they don't say anything. I am so sick of this person or whatever it is calling me. It's waisting my time and phone minutes.

Also received a call for the first time from this number. No message. Please add info if you know who it is. Thank you!

I also am receiving calls from that number day and night and there is never a message left. When I've answered it, there is a long pause, like it's a computer generated call and they're waiting for an operator to come on the line. I assume its a telemarketer and hang up. If you find out who this is, le me know.
